Gonna do Poke playing for Northampton.

Poke has decided to move on loan to Northampton, where he will act as a first team player. Poke started his career at Southampton, but moved to such clubs as Torquay on loan. Southampton then foolishley let him go, not knowing that they had a future England international. Brighton, however were slightly smarter and snapped him up on a free, but he was not there long as he was on the first plane to Northampton (I know it has no airport but you get my drift)

Good start to the season. Signed Berisha who is a beast, Cruise who is a solid defender and Curri, who looks to be a key player. Beat Plymouth on penalties to get to the next round where I have Stockport.

Jansson has returned to Tottenham. He is shortlisted though and I may perminantly buy him. Beat Stockport 3-1 thanks to a Berisha hat-trick and have Brighton in the next round much to my annoyance. Lost two on the trot to Stevanage and Crewe but then beat Port Vale 3-0 with Curri (great set piece taker) scoring his first for his club.

The League Cup is pissing me off. I first have Plymouth which I beat on penalties. I then beat Stockport 3-1, then Brentford 2-0 and now Peterbourough. Why can't I play a team like West Brom or Chelsea?
