FA issue charge against Wenger after Saturdays draw

Arsenal manager Arsène Wenger has been charged with using insulting and/or abusive language and behaviour amounting to improper conduct.

Wenger has until Thursday 23 September to respond to the charge and he has been offered a standard sanction of a one match touchline ban and an £8,000 fine should he accept the charge. If he denies the charge, the case will be heard by a Regulatory Commission.

I'm glad, as much as Fergie has a pop at ref's, and does shout at officials, if Wenger done that, fair enough, but even that is going a bit far and I usually like Fergie to keep out of that, but putting your hands on him, what a cunt Wenger is, moans about everything as well.

I cannot wait for us Blues fans to rip into Wenger like we do every season, the guy is an absolute nob and deserves the hate he gets.

I'm not saying we should get protection, but i'm saying he's right in the fact that we get fouled more then other teams and we end up with bad injuries, because that's a fact.

Ancelotti, give him a few years and see if he starts complaining first.

If you're talking about the Sunderland goal, it's hardly the end of the world... granted at the time Arsenal fans were angry, but it's died down a lot now and people realise it was one of those things. The ref was a joke, but there's no point dwelling about it.

Errrr, Ancelotti's team never get cheated or dangerously tackled do they in the Premier League? Don't result back to the Champions League please. You have Manager's like David Moyes who gives the ref's the most stick when things don't go there way. There are plenty other managers in the league who actually react to the 4th official during the match. Did you watch the Liverpool match when Howard Webb and the linesman gave Liverpool there free kick for there 2nd goal? Ferguson was following the linesman giving all sorts of stick behind his back.

Don't just single out Arsene Wenger as there are far more worst managers in the Premier League that react worst.

Oh big wow, you get tackled a lot. Wenger should grow up, the nob head. Just 6-8 years ago you were one of the toughest teams in the league. Viera, Keown, Petit etc.. He may as well just say you're a bunch of pussies now.

Barca would take him imo anyday. Guardiola is good, but he has got amazing players to work with and already had the system in place. Wenger at Barca would dominate but it wont happen and i'm glad.

Roy Keane and Vieira before the 4-2 win for us at Highbury, I really loved them days, when you'd play Arsenal at Highbury and have a class physical match, now Wenger cry's if you foul them a few times.
