Just wondering why you support Liverpool because the step dad is excuse is rubbish.
But that isn't even funny, that is the pathetic part.
The funny bit is instead of adopting Reading as your second team, or another London club as your second team... You choose the most fake, ridiculous, hated football club in England as a second team.
Are you retarded?
The Stepdad excuse is rubbish? Okay, well that's just a stupid, baseless assumption. The fact is, he raised me as a Liverpool supporter, he bought me kits, took me to games etc. I didn't really have much choice. He is a Liverpool man through and through, constantly talks about them. So naturally I grew up as a fucking Liverpool supporter!
My reason for the picking MK Dons over Reading or a London club is actually pretty simple.
My age whilst living in London? One month - 5 years old.
My age whilst living in Reading? 5 years old to 10 years old.
Moved to Milton Keynes when I was 10. Stepdad came into my life whilst I was living in Milton Keynes. Before he came into my life, I had absolutely no interest in football whatsoever, so why the fuck would I support a London club or Reading if I had no interest in football whilst living in those places?
Supported Liverpool before MK Dons was even invented/Wimbledon moved. So first, I was a Liverpool supporter. By the time MK Dons was made, I was footy-mad and naturally, I wanted to follow my home team.
Liverpool will always come first though. I can't help that I am emotionally attached to Liverpool. I can't support any other team and feel the emotions, the depression or the joy that I do with Liverpool. It's a bond I have with the club.
I'm not a proper MK Dons fan, I just follow them and I want to see them do well.

Re: Do you live in your clubs city/town?
Wanting them to do well is still retarded.
Wanna know something... My dad supported Leeds, my grandad supported Hull but barely went, my mums side didn't like football much but when they did it was Arsenal or Man U glory hunters.
And I support Hull, despite being encouraged the other way.
I don't care how old you are, you can make your own decisions and don't have to be forced to go to a game or support a club.

It's really obvious that you just think you're better than everyone else because you support your local team. Oh my God, do you want a fucking medal or something? Honestly, who gives a shit about it? No one, except so called Super-Fans like yourself.
Out of curiosity though. Tell me, if you were in my position at 10 years old, and you had a Stepdad/Dad who talked nothing but Liverpool, took you to Liverpool games etc and you lived somewhere where there was no football club existing. (Milton Keynes) Who the fuck would you support? You clown.
The only way I can really explain is, I knew about Liverpool before I knew about football (it sounds retarded, but it's the best way I can explain it)
If I was going to Liverpool games, watching them on Tele all the time, whilst learning about football and getting in to it, growing attached to the club, why the fuck would I suddenly decide to support another club?
ALSO, if I was a glory hunter, don't you think I would've gone for a team that was actually winning fucking trophies? Like Man United or Arsenal? Clueless bell-end.

Re: Do you live in your clubs city/town?
Me and my Dad are the only Forest supporters in my family. No one in both my Mums or Dads side supports a team like Man Utd or Liverpool either.
Me and my Dad are Forest. The rest of my Dads side support Derby.
Mums side are all Newcastle or Sunderland. Brother chose Newcastle.

You made your own decision? Well think about this, because this is something I strongly believe in.
A supporter is not chosen, he/she is made.
I'd rather be Scotty's type of supporter than your type. You chose, nothing big in that, you don't have any emotional ties or nothing, you just thought, oh I'll support Hull because I live here. What type of fucking behaviour is that? And also, if you chose, you must of been quite old, so now you've revealed you ain't been into football that long either.
If your Dad supports Leeds, and your Granddad didn't go, then how did you go the match?
Our type are made and bread into it. You just simply chose on your own accord. Horrible. So I don't know why on this fucking planet you can't slating people with a background like that.

Re: Do you live in your clubs city/town?
Of course you can glory hunt even if the team isn't the best. Liverpool had won trophies, where a massive club and everyone knew they would win more trophies.
It is glory hunting because you obviously chose to support them over a local club.
Are you telling me you didn't have a single mate who supported any local team?
Say what you want, my original post wasn't even meant to start an argument about the glory hunter you are, but you decided to move onto that topic rather than talk about the shit and fake club you and many other morons decide to follow.
That alone shows what a dickhead you and every other person who follows that shit club are.

Or maybe think about the fact I support Hull City because I have emotional ties with the city itself? I didn't even bother reading past that bit of your post btw.

Re: Do you live in your clubs city/town?
Alright I decided to read the next bit.
At Boothferry park I went with my Grandad to the occasional game. When KC was built that is when I had the proper chance to get to games due to the fact the new stadium a) appealed to families b) created a buzz around the city. I don't mind admitting that I became a proper Hull fan ever since we moved to KC. I also don't mind admitting my interest in football was only in the England team beforehand, and the occasional game on tv. I didn't support anyone except England before then, my love for football... probably doesn't exist much. My love for the city and people who play for my city is massive.

Re: Do you live in your clubs city/town?
I'm sure a supporter of a local team will feel alot more emotionally attached to their club, rather than a supporter who claims to love a club 100's of miles away from watching on streams.
They'll be able to feel all kinds of emotions from Championship relegation scraps, Play Off games, chasing promotion etc. They're the supporters who choose to freeze their bollocks off on a cold winters Tuesday night to watch their team play out a 0-0 draw with the likes of Scunthorpe.
Those emotions cannot be matched by a person sitting at home watching there team win 3 or 4 nil as expeceted, despite how much they'll claim to be emotionally attached.
Give me a season ticket and a team fighting relegation in the Championship rather than a Sky Subscription and the chance to follow a guaranteed Top 6 finish Premier league side any day of the week.
