yeah they're really clueless, it's cringe-worthy
I recommend watching All Whites matches when we're at home, it's comedy gold

Go to Germany for a prime example of a working system. Sky did screw lots of things up though admittedly.
Well yeah you just said it, Germany has a controlled commercial system.. they do everything right

Once the Sky contract is over, the FA launch it's own independent broadcast where 95%(or something) of the profits are spread along the premier league clubs, or so the basic idea is.
Probably something obvious I haven't though about that would keep this from ever becoming reality though. Dunno, i'm tired and hungry.

you should try supporting my local teams
I don't even think they are professional (Waitakere United and Auckland City)

supporting team in another country that is not relative to you, there is no fulfillment in this. its just fake. if that is your way of enjoying yourself you must be very simple minded and not know the values of supporting local team
to me watching forieign league i do all the time i like the entertainment, but those who need to "support" a random team to feel an attachment to that league are straight up biblical nerds

I agree with this but seriously you try watching a whole season of A-league on TV when the Premier League is also on...I couldn't...your just lucky you have a decent league in your country.
Actually just realized when Chip said it - we don't have a professional team in Auckland.

We are all a class above 95% of the people that call themselves supporters. We can actually be arsed to get ourselves out of the bedroom on a weekend, we can be arsed to waste our money on the thing I assume we all love the most. That is the difference between us and you glory hunters... We are committed. Say what you want, you know i'm right.
We should be praised for sticking with our clubs through this shit part of footballing history when so many have given up and decided to watch football on tvs and computers.
We are lucky to have the best league in the world in our small country, but fucking hell do you twats abuse it.

Of course it does.
Hull City 10 years ago = working class people only
We get to the PL where prices are up some working class replaced by posh plastic prawn sandwich eaters.
= less atmosphere
= death of football

There's always been 'bandwagon' fans when a team is successful. It's not a new thing.
