13 of Barcelona's 19 shots were after RVP's sending off.

    That's according to my mate.

And Arsenal didn't have a shot before AND after RVP's sending off.

At the end of the day, with RVP on the field or not, Barca were going to win.

And if the late chance that fell to Bendtner instead fell to Van Persie (had he not been sent off) then Arsenal could be sitting in the quarters as we speak (whether deserved or not).

My point is everything is speculation, nothing can be gained from guesswork.

The last bit wasn't aimed at you in particular Scott.

What if...Wenger actually bought a striker that a. isn't always injured or b. can actually score in high-level matches.

Red card at the 55' minute? No.

    A red card earlier? Yes.

And can someone explain to me how Barca should have got 5 red cards? Neutral

You need at least 7 men on the field during a game. So you are saying Barca deserved 5 cards for the game to be abandoned. I'm still not hearing your reasoning. Neutral

Think his signature shows 3. Barca players with their hands round Arsenal players throats during the game in a threatening manner = red.

If you show any form of violence to a fellow professionals face then that is a automatic red according to the rules so this should of happened

    Red Cards - Arsenal:
Van Persie shouldnt of been sent off because alves deserved it. Therefore arsenal should have 11 men
    Red cards - Barca
Alves - Diving and hacking fabregas off the ball
Iniesta - Trying to intimidate a 19 year old
Valdez - Disgusting elbow to fabregas could of resulted in a fractured skull
Abidal - Raising a hand to a fellow proffesional.
Adriano should be added to the list as at the time i was not aware that adriano had also raised his hand to a fellow proffesionals throat.

If he hadn't of heard the whistle he would've composed himself, cut back in and taken a shot with his left foot. Instead he just blazed away early with his right

Because his preferred foot is his left and he was in a good position to take a touch and curl it to the far post. Pretty simple really. If you don't agree then fair enough

He literally just kicked the ball a second after the whistle blew.
I doubt his brain would even be able to process a decision to waste time in a second Smile

Also I remember Barca fans were saying you shoot first then look for the offside and blamed the player who stopped when Pinto whistled saying its his fault and shit. I forgot which team it was against but you guys should remember.
