It's a nice job to have until I decide what I want to do with my life. I just had to get out of construction/

Financial Analyst at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi. I will start of as a trainee for a few months before getting a full-time offer.

Yeah, it's a good platform to eventually go work in the UAE or some other Gulf country. If I don't move to the Gulf in 2 or so years, I'll return to the USA (assuming it hasn't been bankrupt and destroyed by a retarded Republican. ).

What does the woman do? She must have a pretty high-up role if being her assistant is better than working the reception.

Well the hotel holds a lot of weddings and events, it's like a castle with grounds around it etc. She manages front of house and events so i'll be working with her to make sure everything is setup properly and running smoothly, especailly when there are weddings etc there could be 200+ people there, they also have themed balls which loads of posh people attend. When she's off i'll be dealing with it. A much better job than sitting in the reception.

Oh and strong sexism.

Got a 6 month secondment in HR the week before last. £7.79 p/h, 37 hours per week.
