Arsenal had plenty of decisions in their favor over the 2 legs, and the red card didn't change it much. Neutral
United have had plenty of decisions go for them over the whole season? So why were you crying when chelsea ripped you a new asshole? The luiz should of been red didnt change the game much Neutral

Well, when you consider that a good clean Messi goal was incorrectly ruled offside in the first leg, doesn't that balance it out for you? The refs were shit, but in the end, we got a just result.

Honestly can't even say that I thought about the other leg, mainly because the game just happened and the first leg was two weeks ago or something. I just really can't get over how so many outside forces influence matches, as a fan you want it to be as perfectly poised as possible, things like that just.. idiotic decision just really annoy me.

It's not debatable at all. It was a bad call as a first yellow. It was a hideous call as a second.

But the Messi disallowed goal in the first leg wasn't debatable either. Should have been allowed. =push

Yeah but Rvp smacked Alves in the face, Abidal put his hand on Rvp's neck.. Messi scored a legit goal first leg but it didn't stand, Messi should have got a penalty in this game, Koscielny should have been sent off when Messi got his penalty for a second yellow..

Face it, Arsenal were shit with and without Van Persie and they couldn't even hold it up front so there wasn't a difference, Barcelona carved them wide open in my opinion, and both side had bad decisions for and against them.. but it evens out.

Don't get me wrong. I'm not saying that we as fans shouldn't be pissed. We should. But don't feel bad for Arsenal. Feel bad for everyone. We're getting fantastic football stained by narcissistic refs who think they're part of the game. We get the same shit in the NBA and NFL too.

Slightly harsh there Jamie. Lad is only 19 and was up against it for 90 minutes. I thought he was everywhere tonight and he tried his heart out. Slightly harsh, didn't have a great game no, but he wern't poor. The tactics placed upon Arsenal by Wenger didn't exactly help his game either.

I'm not really criticising Wilshere, poor games happen. I just don't get why the commentators were talking total nonsense to praise the player.

Well I do get why, but y'know...annoying. Same as how the same commentators who are meant to be impartial burst out laughing when they seen the Messi penalty wasn't given.

Your eyes are decieving you.. he didnt 'smack' alves he pushed his face.

    Thank you.
Err, he's not agreeing with what you said. You said he's not a first team player yet. So shut up you clueless muppet.

Wilshere performed as well as he could, he done some good things in that game and it wasn't easy when he had virtually no one to give the ball to. Neutral
