The final against Arsenal was very close, and Arsenal played the majority of the game with 10 men! And Barcelona needed a late, late comeback.
Liverpool not only knocked them out, but beat them at their own ground and dominated them at Anfield. Liverpool were so unlucky in the second leg, hitting the bar a few times, and getting the ball cleared off the line several times. What a game that was though.
Barcelona were lucky against Chelsea, Chelsea were cheated out of that match. Not only that, but they scored a last minute, last gasp winner.
Barcelona beat Man United in the final 2-0.
Barcelona drew 2-2 with Arsenal, whilst Arsenal had a severely weakened side. Barcelona then went on to brush aside an even MORE severely weakened side at the Nou Camp.
Bareclona lost 2-1 against Arsenal.
Yeah, not THAT impressive to me really.
Exactly. None of that is Barcelona's fault but it doesn't change the fact that it looms over them.
You can add this to all the other European uncertainty they've had e.g. Rubin Kazan.
