^ That was too easy.
Aussies vs India was quite close though.....India's lower order batsmen always come through though
Pakistan vs India big match . Hopefully England can get through

Thought you hated cricket.
Probably thinking of someone else.

Na, I'm interested sometimes.....I'd get bored watching test cricket....and I'd watch ODI's maybe...depends what I was doing (e.g. if I was in a pub having a drink then maybe, or at home on a hot day and cba to do anything). 20/20's are pretty good

Half English, half Sri Lankan. But I lived in SL for 13 years, so I supported them

India v Sri Lanka. Final.
With India winning. Not rocket science three of the sub-continent teams are in the Semi Finals. Expected.

The first batsman blocked two balls so his partner could get a hundred. Embarassment for England.

Loved Dilshan's face after he hit a four instead of giving his partner the strike. Almost embarrassed

Where in England do you live?
I wouldn't say I see A LOT of Sri Lankans, but when I've been in highschool/college there was a fair amount.
There's more Polish, but it just turned out that at the Waitrose I worked at there was like 10 Sri Lankans
They were friendly and good mates and all....but despite living here 10+ years seemed to lack the English/intelligence that I have...and I felt like I was having to drop some a level .
That's kind of why I'm glad I'm not working there anymore. They're alright but the job + the people I was working with didn't challenge my brain at all.....I felt stupid
Anyway, we're going to be in Euro 2012 and Sri Lanka won't be ..........

Cricket's our only way to get glory. Shite at Rugby, shite at football and non-existent in other sports.
And I'm fairly intelligent, and Sri Lankan's are fairly intelligent. You must have come across a few rejects
And I live in Cambridge shire, plenty of Pakistanis, a fair few Indians but hardly any Sri Lankans I could always go back

Re: The Cricket Thread
Pakistan are not going to win this now. They are simply awful when chasing large totals like this.
Shcked that Riaz has taken 4 wickets. My dad and uncle were talking about how he was a liability as a bowler for Pakistan.

100-2 chasing 261 with 27 overs left. Tough call, but India are the favourites IMO.
