Wait, so you're saying a player contracted to the his current club 'till 2013 should just be allowed to left when the club recieves an offer for him and he says he wants to leave? Whats the point in contracts then mate? Answer me that.

You know, I do think there is a chance that Torres can be persuaded to stay, but obviously his reputation would be shattered. It's such a tough situation, it would be unprecedented if he was just benched or dropped from the first team for basically four months, but there are only a few days left in the window to get a replacement, what a crazy situation.

To be honest, I think he'll have no choice but to stay, then by the time Summer comes he'll have changed his mind.

He's left us in a cunt of a situation. Why no Torres, 3 days before the transfer window shuts? When the likelyhood is, we won't have time to get in a suitable replacement. The only option is we have to keep hold of him (Which I think we will ) and then get shut in the summer then and look to find a replacment.

Contracts should mean more but they dont to me the longer the player has a contact for just means a club has more control of what they would sell him for, but if he wants out i would sell him for as much as Liverpool can get.

They won't be told to fuck off. They will get a thank you note and some flowers for taking him, considering he won't be wanted at the club for his petulance and he personally doesn't want to be there of course you will accept the best offer that comes in, it would be stupid not too.

Also, Yes, some dutch fans on Tiki-Taka are probably the reason I am in love with Suarez and think he would fit Arsenal and Liverpool greatly, but I found myself a place where I can download all of Ajax's games from 2009/10, and I have been watching them over the last two weeks where I have been pretty badly sick. I've seen alot of Suarez recently and I know how great he is.

tbh, you guys will probably end up loving Suarez more than Torres, even if all this fiasco today didn't happen. Suarez is very loyal as well, he wouldn't disrespect Liverpool like this. (Not saying however he'd never leave though, pretty sure he would eventually but not like this if you know what I am getting at)
