How can he just know what orange looks like?

What if he's actually not colour blind but has been told he has. So he sees green as green, but someone has told him it's orange.

He is not complete colorblind. The fact that he can't see green suggests he is red-green colorblind. That means he can see all the colors except shades of green and red. His brain interprets green as orange.

And I doubt he was incorrectly diagnosed with red-green colorblindness. Have you ever seen those tests with several colored dots that form a number in the middle of a circle? That's how they test to see if you are color blind. Here are some examples...

I think that you can alter the colour of grass by soacking the soil underneath it with a special dye or something and leaving it for a few weeks.

What would be the fucking point though ? I think thats the only way to do it and im pretty sure its likely for people to be allergic to those type of dyes so I guess thats why they dont do it.
