Newcastle where a one off, not every team that goes down struggles to get out. Plus you could argue players like Nolan and Carroll are more suited to hoof it football anyway. 
West Brom clearly had a Championship squad seeing as they kept going up and down and making no attempt at staying up. Now they have good finances they can make ago of staying up.
