    Blatant penalty.

I remember when United went on their little spell of wins and most of their fans said they were in the title race waiting for City or Chelsea to slip up Laughing We're a point behind 2nd and I still don't think we're in the mix for a top 2 finish. City have a fairly easy run, maybe Swansea and Palace away and potential dropped points but other than that I think they'll win all their other games.

Such a shame we were so shit for the first half of the season. The two clowns above us were there for the taking.

The only solace I can take is that at least it isn't as bad as last years champions. Laughing

This year is a write off at this point, just try and finish in 2nd and move on to the next. Shame because Chelsea don't look that special either.

The last 3 attempts at title defences have been an utter disgrace, I have never known them to be so bad.  Chelsea will probably have a relegation battle on their hands next season with the way things are going.

Chelsea v Southampton is very frustrating - need Chelsea to win to take points off our top 4 rivals. Smile

We'll do a Liverpool from last season, we'll beat Chelsea and fans will be signing YNWA outside the Emirates only for us to lose to some scrub team 3 games before the end and dash our hopes. Then we'll sell Giroud to Real Madrid for £48 million because they want to build a handsome team.

The players look so demotivated today, it's amazing what Gerrard can do to a team even from the bench.

Henderson relinquishes the armband and, like Frodo dropping the ring into Mount Doom, is relieved of as heavy a burden as one could possibly imagine.  He gains a second wind to score the opener.

At 1st I thought it was a nice little chip by Henderson. That's a ridiculously luck deflection.

Joseph Allen was magisterial tonight, he could go into a revolving door first and come out second because he always allows his teammates to take the glory.

5 successful tackles, three interceptions, three key passes, 90% accuracy throughout. not worthy  Such a blessed young man.

Wins for City, Arsenal, Spurs and Southampton. Was gonna put £10 on all 4 to win, to try and jinx at least one result, but I forgot Sad

Tomorrow's game is even bigger, now.

I still think Kane is rubbish. He runs like a bell ringer, he can't dribble, he isn't fast, he's not strong, he's movement isn't anything special and neither is his shooting. Watching him play I'm amazed he's got 19 PL goals.
