We don't live in Egypt, Ahly. Where kids leave pink eye untreated for so long that they go blind. We'll be able to afford medication.

Re: European Leagues 2014/15 thread
I am pleased to inform you that that will never happen to me. I have a national health service in my country and even in the event that that collapses my employer pays for private medical treatment for me, my significant other and my descendants. I hope you can never have kids.FCB wrote:I hope all your children get GHD and you don't have the ability to pay for treatment.

I think there's a problem with your font. Some of your text was much larger than the rest. You probably used too much growth hormones on it.

i was not bothered by this topic but Ahly's arguments have convinced me that Messi is a cheat. I am going to take this fight to other message borads.
my sig will now represent what drugs have essentially done to Lionel.

No one interested in talking about the Cowdenbeath v Hearts game today?? It was the only game going on in Europe outside Israel or Turkey. Hearts won 0-2 and are now 12 points clear of Rangers.

Today had a complete round of Italian Serie B football with some naughty players as Catania managed to get four red cards. Carpi and Frosinone are in the automatic promotion spots.

Crazy stuff going on at Barca. Zubi sacked and Puyol resigned.
Now Messi skipped training because of his stomach and Enrique didn't believe him and tried to formally punish him. Club captains intervene and convince Enrique to not punish Messi.
Could Messi be really leaving? I think Enrique should be sacked anyway.

Gerrard says he is going to leave, Liverpool looking for a new talisman, and Messi suddenly looks desperate to get out. It's going to be like Hell on earth considering he's going to Chelsea, though.

There's only one club in England who could afford Messi.

"For me Liverpool are the greatest English club, they are fair and have so much passion, their fans amaze me, their academy is similar to ours and I like that. Will I play there one day? If Barca drifted away as my home, then Liverpool is where I would go next."

Re: European Leagues 2014/15 thread
I actually Googled that to check if it was real. It's from the UT transfer rumour thread with a source cited as "my cat". Is "my cat" more reliable than Vozpopuli (the Spanish website that said Messi wanted to join Arsenal)?

I doubt it's more reliable than the "Liverpool is my Life" Facebook page I got it from.

Because the people running that club are inept.

They signed him for commercial reasons. Pretty sure he smashed the record for shirt sales.

Re: European Leagues 2014/15 thread
Nobody signs players for that. It doesn't work because the shirts are bought by people who would buy shirts anyway (just with different names on the back and at a different time) and almost all clubs are on fixed incomes from manufacturers anyway.Keyser Söze wrote:They signed him for commercial reasons.
