Been dragged into a race with Everton for top 4
If Everton win their game in hand, they're only 3 points behind you lot, and you've got to go to Goodison.

Would Arsenal fans be saying the same if they didn't concede a lucky deflection?

I honestly don't think Wenger is the wrong man for the job. You just need to somehow sort out your injury problems and buy players you actually need, as opposed to luxury players.

Martinez, Pochettino, Klopp, Laudrup, Van Gaal, De Boer... There are so many fucking options.

Re: Official Arsenal FC Thread
Losing 6-0 to Chelsea was the final nail in the coffin for me, I just didn't say anything. Each fan you ask will have different timelines, even if we had beat Swansea tonight my opinion would be the same. Finishing behind Liverpool will be pathetic as well considering they'll be leapfrogging us from 7th.

Not sure if serious.
Other options look quite decent, though.

What's wrong with Laudrup?

Re: Official Arsenal FC Thread
Hopefully a new manager will realize what an awful team we have. We lose two (maybe three, but Ozil wasn't anything special) players in Ramsey and Walcott and we completely capitulate. Arteta, Cazorla, Giroud, Podolski, Flamini and Rosicky all at or beyond peak age and all playing like complete turd.

So overrated. Swansea are a pile of wank now.

He's far too out of touch. I don't even know what brand of footballing we're supposed to be playing any more, the team has no identity, van Persie still hasn't been replaced, training methods are clearly not working, strategies for big games are non existent - see Man Utd, Man City, Liverpool and Chelsea away, there's no flair or drive in the team, no power and strength, Giroud consistently malfunctioning in front of goal... We've had 4(?) transfer windows to bring in a new forward and it hasn't been done, Suarez was our best opportunity and that turned into a car crash when it could have easily worked out for us, mistake after mistake after mistake, I think his time is up.

Re: Official Arsenal FC Thread
We probably have one of the slowest teams in the league. I could forgive mental fragility and mid-seasons collapses when we played something close to good football, but these past two years it's such a chore watching us play.
