How did you like the first season of Vikings, Eternal?

Man, I saw the weather forecast last night and it said it was going to be 98° (cues 90's pop band) today, but it's been a pleasant 98°

It be good beach weather if I didn't have an enormous amount of work to do.

Badass, but something felt off about the progression of a few of the characters. No problem with Ragnar though, didn't need to do much talking as long as he was running around being a viking.

NYC actually had spring weather on Friday and then it started to rain. Hopefully this weird weather lasts through the summer.

Speaking of weird weather. A few days ago it rained at like 2 in the morning for a few minutes then stopped and the same thing happened a few weeks earlier.

It's probably the only rain we've had all year, and most people didn't even notice. Happened while like half of the Valley was on fire too, so it we would have appreciated it too.

How about Sturridge isn't nearly as selfish as he used to be? Or we had the luck of man u with the penalty and Coates as last man. Or that we have next years young player of the year in our team? Can't wait til Shelvey nicks it.

Least he made up for not squaring it at 2-1. Schwarzer made some ridiculous saves, especially when Borini drilled it towards the far corner.

Schwarzer always does fantastic when we play against him. Could have easily been a mauling without him.

After one year of taking a module dedicated to poetry, I still don't get poetry, not in the slightest sense. Just hope I get my 40% from the rambling dump I've come up with.

Ugh, just noticed my poor grammar.

Your poetry post led me to look for an old poetry submission site I used to be part of when I was a teenager.

Sadly, it seems like this site is no longer with us and has gone down. I had a few pieces on there that I really liked and never saved anywhere else. Specifically, one titled "This World of Madness." It was my pièce de résistance. Most everything else wasn't worth saving, but I was proud of that one.

Hopefully that just shows the decline of the devil's work, should have been killed off after the First World War.

Finished the bastard anyway, the little critical commentary I had to do of my poems ended up being a passionate, wordy defence of the lack of any real technique in my pieces. Now I can catch a week's break or so.

Poetry is the most subjective thing you could do, you could write a beautiful prose which doesn't receive any appreciation or you could crap out a pile of shit everyone eats up.
