Think I've narrowed my trainer choice down to:
Spezial's
or
Gazelle's
Decisions time!

Re: Clothes Thread
Gazelle's because the colour has a better flow, the top ruins it with the brown bit

Re: Clothes Thread
A fair observation, also I already have a pair of Spezial's in a darker blue so I may as well go for something a bit different! Hopefully I can pick some up tomorrow, if not I'll look online for some.

Re: Clothes Thread
Because they don't instantly turn into shit, I've had three suede shoes and they've lost soles or had holes in them before they lost any colour or looked crap, even without shoe rotation

I have the bottoms one mate, only thing I'd say is that mine have got very dirty easily but Oldham with the muddy hills didn't help.

I'm debating whether I should get it. Doubt I will as I just spent a fair bit on the Fred Perry coat. It's a decent matchday garm though.

Re: Clothes Thread
I have that Lyle & Scott jacket in black. In fact, I am typing this whilst wearing that very jacket.
I got it 3 years ago and it's still in top condition and I wear it a lot. I bought it for £75 so I guess it's fairly cheaper now.

Re: Clothes Thread
The black one is £50 in the sales and the navy one is £90. It's quite a common jacket as well; I've seen a lot of people wearing it.

Re: Clothes Thread
Which shop? I might get it for that although I have a similar Ralph Lauren jacket so not that sure.

Re: Clothes Thread
I ended up with these Gazelle's:
My thinking was that after some matches if we go out in town some places are a bit odd about trainers. The blue ones are quite striking as trainers but these grey ones look a little bit smarter and less obvious as trainers so should be a safer bet. They are a nicer grey than shown on that photo too.
I also got a checked shirt for £15 in the Republic sale and some grey CK boxers for £7 from TK Maxx.

Lyle and Scott have some nice jackets in the sale. I really like this one but it's out of stock. £57.50 instead of £115
