Nah, no supplements. Going to buy some protein shake later though
As of now I curl 35 pounds on each hand, moving up to 40

Re: The Gym Thread
I have my own gym set up at home.
I do a 6 day split. Mon-chest, Tues-abs, Weds-legs,Thurs-arms, Fri-abs, Sat-shoulders. I love working the abs, which is why I do 2 days on those.
I do a max of 1 hour on those, plus I get 1 hour cardio a day on the cross trainer. But that's only because my treadmill broke
Usually I would only do 30 mins HIIT on the treadmill. But I can't get the same intensity out of the cross trainer so do longer sessions atm.
For suppliments I use Myprotein.co.uk. They're the best mix of quality and value of all the others. Maximuscle and CNP are good too but too expensive.
I take MP Max True Whey before a session, MP Hurricane Evo after a session, MP Bedtime Extreme 30 mins before sleep. Those 3 alone will give me 100g of protein.
On the diet, I just eat 5 small meals a day. I eat wholegrain breakfast to keep me full until lunch, and wholegrain bread for sandwiches at lunch.
That keeps me tied over until I get home. Plus it gets plenty of fibre into the system. I'll have some fruit with a shake when I get home (5:30), and a pasta and veg based meal for dinner (8:30), followed by a low fat yoghurt (11:30)
Add to that plenty of water through the day and i'm in great shape

Re: The Gym Thread
I don't see why you wouldn't do biceps and triceps in one day, then allow a full week to recover before you do them again. There's a crossover in both, so when you do triceps you'll work the biceps a bit at the same time, and vice versa.
I try and seperate chest from arm and shoulder routines as much as possible because I use my arms and shoulders in my chest exercises. So I split the shoulder, chest and arm ones with the abs and leg ones.
It's also good to change the exercises every few weeks rather than doing the same exercises all the time.

Re: The Gym Thread
I got into a bit of a routine at one point but I was never that serious about it, I didn't have a good diet and we always used to do the same excersises so I don't think I got much benefit from it. Now my training partner's gone to uni and I've started work full time I haven't been since.

Lol! I neglect my triceps lmao! from time to time i'd go for a full pulldowns and skull crushers but only really work the biceps (bad aint it)
couldnt be fuckin asked at the gym yesterday, did my arms because other people were taking up the weight section so got to deadlifts, did a set of 8 and went light with what? I think it was 180 pounds to start off but thought i was putting strain on my back and walked out before i injured myself but had no back pain the next day so it wasnt like i was doing it wrong :/ so i'm a bit depressed now for not fninishing it, had better go in today lmao.
