Re: Building a gaming PC
I've only been interested in doing it for the last 4 days or so, so I don't exactly have one but I do plan on working in the summer so I'm going to put some into this, what's the average price for gaming PCs?

This costs £313 and can play most games. You wont be able to play on ultra settings though.

What games are you intending on playing? How long do you want it to last?

As long as you know you have to buy an Operating System, Keyboard & Mouse then that system is fine.

Re: Building a gaming PC
I done it.
16GB DDR3
Nvidia 560Ti
I-5 Sandybridge
Gigabyte Z68XP-UD3
2TB + 2TB
After the keyboard and monitor it was about $1100, methinks. Scholarship money is a wonderful ting.
I use it for other stuff though, like photos, video, and making music.

I 'could' buy a decent computer but I have to live also which is why the budget is in place. Sadly though, it seems I may have to give it a miss as every time I think I'm done something else is added onto the price. It's about £430 right now.
