Schneiderlin and Rodriguez grow brilliantly.
Oh and at the start of the second season look out for cheap Croatians as they join the EU, I got a few with 4/4.5* potential for at little at £500,000 compensation fee

Doubt it, need to wheel and deal players this season considering my core are old and dropping in value fast. Depends on how much the board gives me in wage budget though.

That's the one
All my bids got rejected, If I wanted to at least enter negotiations I'd need about £120m for everyone.
Wow, didn't even think about that shit, will keep my eyes very peeled
Couldn't find Dockal

You could get Europa on £5m.
I think CL would be good to aim for getting anything of £10m or more.

Rooney had an amazing start to the season but has dropped off in terms of scoring goals, he's still providing assists and playing well but he needs to score, though van Persie is back shortly.
Vidic is still my main man.

Considering I have to sell Crouch because of his completely unjustified wages and find someone to replace him 5M is optimistic.
Edit:
Oh great. I'm going to lose Shotton and Whitehead on a free because their agents are being unreasonable. Fantastic.

I love it when I've got him centrally behind the striker. Always picks the ball in space, and doesn't give it away.kyro7 wrote:Honestly, Kagawa is my most reliable player by far, can't remember him getting a chance and missing it, just went in down the right from a Rooney pass in the 84th minute or something and I just knew he's smash it in.
Won the game for me.
I'd say it would be interesting to see Rooney injured, but that'd be tempting fate.

Re: The Football Manager Chat Thread!
I think this is a pretty good side, a few tweaks next season and it should be doing well:
Get a few loanees in to cover for defence, the wing and a loanee striker and I should be set to make a decent push here.
Hernandez
Walters ---------- Albrighton
Cork -- Palacios
N'Zonzi
Wilkinson -- Huth -- Shawcross -- Wilson
Begovic

Great scenes in the Swiss Cup semi final. Beat some Challenge League team 4-0 and FC Thun beat Young Boys who I havent beaten this season.
Double is on the cards.

that's bc i only post here when i'm doing well . i lost 0-4 to Ipswich and 1-3 to Charlston at the beginning of the season
i was in the bottom quarter of the championship table for 3 months until i got some tips from neal_canuck on how to play Jordan Rhodes. i'm slowly recovering. i'm 3rd in the table now with 2 months to go til the end of the season
Wolves is 1st but i'm too far behind them on points. i probably can finish 2nd-5th. would suck if i got all these star Serie A players but i don't get promoted

How do you do your team talks?
I either say thinsg assertively, aggresively or let my ass man do it.

That's me done I think.
Had 10 million to spend, brought in Javier Hernandez and Jack Cork on permanent deals, renewed some contracts and got Fierro, Boyata and Marko Marin in on loans. Making my "best" team:

If I'm doing well I let ass man do it but if I'm losing I let hell break loose or if I get an impressive victory I do it myself.

Re: The Football Manager Chat Thread!
Got a 2-2 draw at the Etihad. Nani and Welbeck came off the bench and turned the game around.
Had the play the last 10 minutes with 10 men when Rafael went off injured, and Yaya Toure scored an equaliser in the 89th.

Just lot to Elgin 0-1 at home, I'm really struggling without Shields.
