Course they have resources but they aren't a glamour side such as Arsenal, Chelsea or Man. United/City who can attract the best in the world. Yeah their brand of football isn't very attractive but they go about their business without too much fuss and the players are effective at what they do as can be seen from the amount of clean sheets they have gotten so far.

Stoke City should evacuate to the MLS where most teams do this. Teams that try to play good football(New York, Real Salt Lake)always complain about the physicality. However punishment is much harsher here and the Disciplinary Committee can punish players even if there was no foul called.
