Moving from Wimbledon to Milton Keynes, that's ruining a history of a club. Moving up the road to gain more revenue and allow more fans to go see games, that's great for a club. A club isn't about their stadium, it's about the surrounding area and the fans. Oh and money... Of course.

I really hope they get it right and don't just create another soulless flat pack bowl.

I hope they get it right too, they have a good atmosphere for top games and a better than average one for other games. I guess it's needed though, Spurs pretty much sell out their games.

As Mal said, moving from London to MK is ruining history, or changing the home kit of the club from blue to red, that's ruining history.
