Actually it opened just a few days ago James. 
Very Good. Galatasaray is such a huge club, and had a tiny stadium which was ridiculous for them, kinda like Liverpool's Anfield.

its a shame more new stadiums dont doth their caps to their predecessors. a single tier kop behind one goal would have been in-keeping with the culture at Gala and a lasting tribute to the Ali Sami Yen stadium! (which despite being shit & small is one of the Worlds iconic football stadiums)
