City have sent back 900 tickets for the Arsenal game saying they're too expensive. Personally I find that hilarious seeing as the only reason Arsenal charge such high prices is to keep up with oil rich clubs like City and Chelsea.

The finishing was piss poor. The midfield did well, especially Wilshere but serious questions need to be asked about the attack.

Yeah, we definitely need a striker during this window. Having Giroud, who isn't really good enough, as our only natural centre forward is not something I want to have to endure for the rest of the season.

Giroud is good enough.

You think so? I'm not really convinced. He's really wasteful in front of goal and isn't capable of creating chances for himself.

Re: Official Arsenal FC Thread
He really didn't perform that well Giroud, he did keep at it which was very good though and the lay off to Wilshere for the goal was good. Other than that, he's still too stiff when it comes to shooting and has the ocassional rush of blood.
Wilshere was sublime again, but how many fuckin' times does he need to drive at their defence in order to shoot. I could count about 4 times where he drove into their defence and opted to pass. Times where we need greedy players like Dzeko or Defoe would have been handy today.

Wilshere is something else man, he actually brought pride to this team of losers, it makes me feel proud knowing we have this guy

He's a beast but moves as slow as that German cunt we have in defence, he really needs to fix up

Luckily we won't be forced to sell him due to contract issues in the near future.

How long is it going to take him to get sick of playing with mediocre players and carrying the team on his own though?

I call bullshit. If its true then it was probably a low ball offer for someone like Ronaldo knowing Wenger.

I agree, probably to act like he tried to do something about it. Geoff said it yesterday and today Wenger said he likes Cavani, but usually when Wenger says he likes someone they might aswell not exist
