Re: Assassin's Creed 3
Connor is such a fucking brute. Ran up behind soldiers in the frontier, literally picked 2 up with his blades and slammed them into the ground, does it again to the ones in front, then did some crazy wrestling move and stabbed another.

Re: Assassin's Creed 3
I love that Another awesome execution is with a musket in your hand, first you stab a guard in the back, the gun is now on the other side of the guards body, shoot the gun and you kill the guard infront of him, so cool.
I have a lot of work to do to get 100% synchronization. I finished the game and I'm still on 66%.

You know when you get set a hunting mission, is there any way of checking what you have to get?

Re: Assassin's Creed 3
So what is the most effective way to level up your recruits?
Are there certain places where enemy soldiers aren't 8 deep? Like more solos or juts couples?

Re: Assassin's Creed 3
I'll just spoiler this anyway, I'm on sequence 9.
- Spoiler:
- I like how it's not so black-and-white in terms of morality in this one so far. The Templars aren't completely evil bastards, they're doing what they believe is right (Haytham is anyway). I quite like Haytham as well.

Re: Assassin's Creed 3
In Boston I have completed all the liberation contracts but it says its disputed at 71% leaning my way.
There's only one icon and it doesnt have the white circle around it, but the two triangles. But when I go into the tavern the icon disappears and there's only boardgames in there.
WTF

Do you really need to synchronise well to see all the homestead missions? I can't find any.

Re: Assassin's Creed 3
I never had a problem finding them.
Have you guys tried this homestead mission where you stop two guys from fighting? You get in the middle of them but it doesn't really tell you what to do. I assume you move the sticks where the colored sections move...but I can't watch both of them at the same time

Re: Assassin's Creed 3
This is ridiculous. Im in New York now, burning blankets for guys and carrying sick people for him and he tells me to finish the job....but theres nothing on the map...Im supposed to just run around until i bump into them?
And the girl dobby carter juts says here put these up and doesnt give me anything....?

Re: Assassin's Creed 3
Ive now completed the carrying sick people and burning infected blankets but when I go back to the guy who gave me those missions theres no option to talk to him or anything....?
And these recruits are dumbasses apparently. There's a solitary soldier on the roof so I bring a guy in to get exp and then he kilsl him jumps off the roof and engages 20 other guys. they both die

Re: Assassin's Creed 3
Also, why is there no "grab" option anymore? I liked throwing guys off building and into scaffolding
Okay, update: i did a few more of these missions and then on the screen it says to go to talk to your district contact. And now instead of missions there are assassination contracts on the map...do I finish 5 of those to get the new recruit?

I haven't seen missions for him, I've only taken a few trinkets back to him.
When do his missions appear?

Re: Assassin's Creed 3
You have to get a certain amount for him, then go to the homestead next to the aquila and talk to him, then he'll give you a mission, they're pretty fun. Kinda like Altair's armour missions (very different though gameplay wise

Re: Assassin's Creed 3
I wish there was a tad more opportunity to be stealthy. It seems these guards are way better at spotting you, especially when youre climbing buildings.

Up to sequence 10, why have I only managed to find like 4 people to add to the Homestead?

Multiplayer is surprisingly fun, although I'm not too sure about wolfpack.

I'm at the start of sequence 10, it won't let me go to Boston and I can't find anything but Liberation missions in NY.

Re: Assassin's Creed 3
I have never managed to catch thieves in this They were so dumb in the Ezio games now they're really fast. I hate the notoriety on this game too, if you're being chased the other side of Boston knows it too, really dumb.
