Assassin's Creed 3

I finally got to being Connor. Just met up with Samuel Adams.....presumably for a beer.

I know games are trying to be realistic and make everything you see intractable, but I felt bad that I had to kill a dog Scared the shit out of me when a bear came out of nowhere and started to try and maul my face off, got the fucker though, if you miss a quick time event your health becomes dangerously low, can be tough at times.
And I love that the comics and all spins offs are being mentioned

Naval battles are amazing, they could have made a game out of the feature

Just got this posted, but I woke up late and have to get ready and leave for work.

Take a week off, or sick. Trust me I hear you only recruit six assassins in this game, I just recruited my first and he's hilarious and a pretty good fighter, I keep getting lost in the side games

I got it Just starting it just now.

I seem to be trudging through long stretches of wilderness to get between exclamation points.

I just got to the first homestead part. Kuled have you done any of that yet?

I don't really like it so far i'm only on Sequence 3 tho.

How long till i'm connor seems like it's taking forever.

Yeah, I've been on sequence 6 for a day now cause I just love exploring around, I don't mind the long walks, I enjoy the tree running

This was yesterday so I assume you finished it but there's a massive mindfuck at sequence 3, sequence 4 you start as Connor.

Kuled is it as awesome as hoped?

If you're just in to be a bad ass Connor and to kill everyone than the first 3 hours or so will make you a bit annoyed, but it's very important for the story from what I've seen so far..After that it's just so much fun, people are saying it's a bit boring how long the distances are from one mission to another but I get so distracted in the frontier with the trees I don't mind it. Honestly, Connor is becoming my favourite of the three assassins.

When you guys have the tomahawk equipped do you that animation with Connor playing with it? I can't stop doing it

Yeah I twirl the tomahawk all the time too.

the bow and arrow is awesome

Sending my assassins to low missions at the moment but I got one to level 4, they're pretty good to create a distraction.

when did you get to start getting more assassins? I just got the French guy as one but when i wanted him to start a riot he only had opportunity to kill. Do they gain more abilities?

I only have two, the other one isn't a main mission, if I remember correctly he's in Boston..He's on a bench with a musket too, you can find him on the map with a symbol of a circle with pointed spikes coming out Each assassin has unique abilities. I'm not entirely sure how to activate them yet tho.

Full synchronization is pretty hard in this one, glad they made it that you don't have to restart from the beginning to try again

these historic battles are making the history nerd inside of me jumping with joy, fuck i love this game

I've only got the French assassin and I've hardly improved the homestead yet

how the hell have people finished the game already? I've been at it for hours now and it looks like it's never going to end, nevermind that I have another 2 DLCs to play

I have only done a few homestead missions. I just killed the poachers that shot that girl but I think I am confused.

Do I start building up my homestead by doing these missions or by finding people out in the frontier?

I only did the main story, no side stuff. Only rented it so i wanted to make sure I finished it.

Certainly there has to be a better, quicker, and easier way to switch your tools rather than holding RB and going into the menu and selecting it.

And by tools I mean the pistol, bow and arrow, traps, rope darts etc.

Agreed, Ezio's weapon wheel was a lot faster, although there are more stuff tbf. I switched my main weapon slot to the hidden blade, tomahawk, bow and Rope dart.
