I think the ending sucked. I know it's cliche to say that, but hear me out.
The ending didn't resolve anything with the Revolution.
The revolution isn't the main plot, it's more of a background for the game.
Basically the hardest part of the game was roaming around the cave trying to find Juno's new location when she was telling the story.
Didn't find this hard to do.
I don't understand these holograms, Juno and Minerva. So they're the Gods who created humans. But humans were given the intelligence of religion to live by but they in turn used it for the wrong means, and so the Gods would wipe them out and start again.
In AC2 Minerva says 'What we built, misunderstood.' Individuals that found pieces of Eden bent Humans mind into making them believe they are a god
And Minerva I believe wanted to have that happen with Desmond starting the new religion and leading man, and essentially being a new Jesus?
Yes. Although after hundreds of years Desmond's legacy will turn to a myth, new forms of religions would be made and conflicts between the believers would lead to war (putting us back where we are right now when you think about it)
What were these towers Juno was always speaking of?
The 6 methods they tried to use to save the world before the Toba catastrophe. One of them was the one Desmond used, they left this one because it would lead to death of the one who touched it...which was exactly what happened to Desmond. The decision for Desmond was either let the world burn and form a new world...making billions die in the process and eradicating the Templars or save the billions on the planet but die...the bigger consequence is releasing Juno, who hates mankind if you read her e-mails. I said before, the ending lacked emotion from the team, Shaun and Rebecca were not addressed at all in the epilogue, it's as if they forgot them...I think a DLC is imminent to expand the story further ( I hate it but that's the way game companies go these days
)
And what are these pivots? I went into Boston just to skin some redcoats and he's going on about these pivots and there little blue shapes in Boston's midair?
They're hacks in the animus to change the weather, infinite ammo, etc.

Are you talking about the temple? Can you imagine what the Templars would have done if they found the grand temple? They wouldn't just turn back and go home after finding it. Especially that Haytham had the amulet..I don't know what would've happened if they did have it but I don't think it would be good. They'd probably still be there in the modern times too, it would have been impossible for Desmond and the team to be discreet in their location.
