Yeah, but if he was arrogant he'd believe in himself a lot, so would probably just take the shot on. If you get me.

He was still like 30 fucking yards out, stop being so defensive for once

Ramires.
Can Moses play as a striker? As we still need to bring in 3/4 players but if we was to get Hulk instead, as he could play striker we then wouldn't need to bring in a striker, but if we was to get Moses we still might need to buy a striker?

Basically says Oscar will be playing deeper, in the mid 2 where Lampard currently plays. Will obviously be rotated upfront in the front 3 as well but that will be his main position.
Would like to see Romeu + Oscar in the mid 2.

Club confirm Victor Moses bid accepted
The club can confirm that after four unsuccessful bids from Chelsea for Victor Moses, a fifth bid has today finally met the valuation and terms set by Wigan Athletic and been accepted. The player has been given permission to speak with Chelsea.

Re: Chelsea FC Official thread
Brilliant. Hopefully it's completed in time so if we start with Sturridge on Saturday we could always bring him on in that position instead of Ramires.
Although we probably won't be getting Hulk now so we will need to get a striker unless we can recall Lukaku back from loan.

Although we will probably get a striker now where if we had got Hulk we might not have. Although we could still end up buying Hulk it just depends if we have the money this transfer window to make another big signing.

Re: Chelsea FC Official thread
Is Azpilicueta good Marvin? I've only seen him play the odd game.
Also with us pretty much signing Moses, It's obviously not a great signing but he's a bulk player that will give us a different option to players such as Sturridge/Ramires. Well in my opinion anyways.

Hopefully there will still be at least 1 more signing preferably a striker although it probably won't happen.

Re: Chelsea FC Official thread
At first glance the Moses deal doesn't make much sense, we'll see how he performs before I'm overly critical, though he has a lot to prove.

One of the best right backs in Ligue 1, better than Debuchy I would say.Start. wrote:Is Azpilicueta good Marvin? I've only seen him play the odd game.

Only took him a few months to get adjusted to Ligue 1 before he got injured iirc, hopefully he adjusts just as quickly to the EPL.

Bayer Leverkusen striker Andre Schurrle looks set to join before the transfer window closes at 11pm on Friday in a deal approaching £20 million, a move that might even see Daniel Sturridge allowed to move out on loan. Yossi Benayoun and Florent Malouda are, though, likelier to move on.
If we do get him then hopefully we can still keep Sturridge.
