It's a bit different with Scunthorpe.

9/10
Kagawa, RVP superb signings. Buttner and Powell good signings for the future (buttner more for the present). havent seen these two at all but i am interested to watch buttner, sounds like a good attacking full back
people who left i have no problems with. they all served the club well but it was there time to go
i am not one of those that thinks we DESPERATELY need a midfield and no midfielder that moved this summer i would have wanted except Dembele, i was really disappointed we didnt even bid for him but i can understand it cause we have shit load of midfielders atm, its more quantity over quality but i dont expect us to sign a big money midfielder until scholes and giggs retire. for now i am more then happy with anderson and cleverley getting playing time

Also, why are all Liverpool fans calling Yesil, "Yesid"? Is this an inside joke or something?

Re: Transfer window summary/thoughts
Best transfer window for us in my lifetime. Beats 2009 for me; and we signed te likes of Camp, Gunter and Blackstock in that window.
Players In:
Danny Collins - Experienced defender, our new captain. 500k from Stoke. Looks calm on the ball, strong in the air, a good leader and organises well at the back. Better defender than Chambers who he effectively replaces.
Dan Harding - Signed from Southampton. Decent enough squad player, pretty average. We needed numbers at the back though so good signing. Has looked ok going forward, but a bit shaky sometimes in defence.
Daniel Ayala - Season long loan from Norwich, and our 3rd defender called Dan. Can definitely tell he's Spanish with the way he plays. Always looks to play himself out of trouble, and tries starting attacks from the back. Good in the air, composed on the ground, and looks like he'll have a decent partnership with Collins in the centre of defence.
Greg Halford - Legend on Twitter when he plays for your own club. Bit of a bellend if you're an opposing fan. Versatile player who can play pretty much anywhere really. Looks like a decent buy and a great player to have in the squad. Has looked a bit shaky every now and then. Also looks a bit dopey but he is from Essex.
Sam Hutchinson - Season long loan from Chelsea, but we probably won't keep him as he is fucking class. We had Bertrand on loan an he was great, and has went on to start a CL final an be in the England Squad. Hutchinson already looks twice the player Bertrand was for us, so his future is at a much higher level. Can definitely tell why Chelsea wanted to keep him around the club even when he'd retired. I hope he doesn't have any problems with his leg again in the future. I predict he'll be a future England international.
Simon Gillett - He'll be our most important player this year, and he'll be an unsung hero. Fantastic holding midfield player, similar style of play to the likes of Scholes, Pirlo etc. I'd love to see his Pass Completition rate. Potential to be the signing of the season.
Adlene Guedioura - Fantastic signing that pleased the fans. He loves the club and the fans love him to bits. Was class for us on loan last season and was the reason we stayed up. Happy we signed him permanently.
Henri Lansbury - Came out of nowhere this signing. Seems a bargain at £1m. Has very good potential, and was good for Norwich. Allardyce should never have been given a player from Arsenal, so Lansbury has had a lucky escape by getting to a team that plays football again. He will tear the Championship apart this season.
James Coppinger - Been a class player for Donny for the past few years. Can't see him being spectacular, but he'll be a good player to have in the squad. Already a legend for jumping off the Donny coach on the way to Yeovil at the services and getting his agent to drive him back up to Forest. Told Dean Saunders straight that he was getting off the coach.
Billy Sharp - Words cannot describe how happy I was with getting him. Have wanted him in a Forest shirt ever since he scored a hattrick against us for Scunny back in League 1. He'll fire us to the Premier League and join us permanently in January.
Simon Cox - Great player with unbelievable work rate. Never stops chasing balls down and knows where the net is too. He'll form a great partnership with Cox, and maybe SOD will be tempted to unleash a front 3 of Cox, Sharp and Blackstock. I think we have the best strike force in the league after these transfers.
Sean O'Driscoll - Quality manager. So glad we got him. He would have been wasted at Crawley. Plays football how it should be. The football we've played so far has been so refreshing to watch
Players Out
Luke Chambers - Form is temporary, class is permanent. Shit for us in every season he was here but one. Nice guy though, and decent servant so I wish him well at Ipswich, but I can't see him being the answer to their leaky defence.
Garath McCleary - Would have been nice to keep him but PL football obviously hard for him to turn down. Was only good for half a season, but in that half of season he was fucking class and played a big part in keeping us up. Hope he does well at Reading.
Chris Gunter - Gutted to see him go as he was my favourite player. One of the few players who could hold his head high still after last seasons shambolic performances. Very consistent player who definitely deserved his chance in the PL. bye Gunts
Joel Lynch - If he'd waited a few more days he'd have a luxury contract at a massive club on its way to the PL, playing great attractive football. Unfortunately he didn't wait for our new owners to come in, adn instead he's now at Huddersfield Town. Solid defender for us last season, and should be at a better team than he is now.
George Boateng - Shit player but he's always happy on twitter and a nice guy
Paul Smith - Never had a chance with Lee Camp in goal. Was good for us in League 1, many moons ago
Marlon Harewood -Played about twice in his 2nd spell with us and was shit. Would have been better bringing David Johnson back.
Kieron Freeman - Derby showing their ambition by signing our 3rd choice Right Back. Has potential, but I'm glad we've got rid. Nasty little chav with a shit attitude who thinks he's much better than he is after having a successful loan spell at Notts County.
Ishmael Miller - Only a loan unfortunately. Wish he'd just fuck off.
Steve Cotterill - Useless cunt whose style of football has no place at this club. We're Nottingham Forest, we play on the floor. Good fuking riddance.

We do, but all he can do is run
Can't see him playing too often, but I wouldn't mind keeping him as he adds something different if we're desperate for a goal.
He actually looked pretty decent on the wing in Pre Season against Notts County. It was as if he'd been playing FIFA. Pace abuse down the right before cutting it across goal for our striker to score a sweaty goal

Re: Transfer window summary/thoughts
I protested his inclusion in the WC squad by never playing with him in the World Cup FIFA game. Even with all his pace.
