It's weird because I find myself really hoping that we get Michael Essien now whereas this morning I was completely opposed to the idea. Do you think Wenger does this on purpose in order to dilute our expectations? So that when he ends up getting an injury-prone, aging player on loan instead of the top top top player he had promised we all rejoice when we really should be somewhat angry?
