Neymar & Ganso: Took their games to another level this season.

John Obi Mikel- He's always been decent defensively but now he's starting to show good range of passing. Would still like to see him play more offensively as for Nigeria he's one of their best attacking midfielders

Cech- seems to have gotten his confidence back and doesn't make the same mistakes (knock knock) he did last season.

Kelvin Davis - Seems to have got rid of the sloppy errors and is turning into a class keeper again.

Bradley Wright-Philips is on fire for Plymouth.

Sordell, Mutch and McGinn.

Most hadn't even heard of Sordell until the end of last season, and he's really stepped up and is a good striker for us now, and has lots of potential.

Mutch came in on loan from Birmingham and looked a bit average...there were lots of "doesn't do Mutch" etc etc jokes. But he is young and he's coming on well, team would be worse without him.

Same with McGinn. Looked really average until recently. He's a jack of all trades, but he's getting better all around with every game.

I have no idea how well Marquinhos played at Atletico Paranaense last year. I'm only going off people who were at Santos last year and this year. Should add Rafael to the list. Only a name on the squad last season, now he's the starting goalkeeper.

I don't think he'd even get on Arsenals bench. He wouldn't start for Man Utd, Chelsea, Spurs or City yet starts for supposedly a club trying to finish above them.

Yeah but, Fletcher wouldn't start for Arsenal or Chelsea imo, but he's perfect for us and we're aiming for finish above you and Chelsea.

With a fully fit squad he wouldn't make our bench either. He definitely wouldn't make our starting XI and what's the point in having him on your bench, he's hardly going to change a game for you unlike someone such as Rodwell could. Heitinga would be a better bench option as well since he is just as good if not better than Lucas centrally and can also cover CB/RB
