If a goalkeeper in a penalty shootout dives for a penalty and breaks his arm.. are the team allowed to bring on a sub keeper?

If a goalkeeper takes a goal kick and the wind was so strong it blew back into his goal would that count?

A steward who had not long previously consumed a chocolatey snack would assume the role of goalkeeper.

No.
You can't score on your own goal from a goal kick. If the ball leaves the penalty area before going in, the other team gets a corner kick. If it didn't leave the penalty are, the goal kick is retaken.

If a corner is earned after the ball goes over the exact middle spot of the field which side is it taken from?

That is so unlikely as to be almost impossible, the referee would have to assume it went on one side or the other and make a guess using his judgement and the opinions of the Assistant Referees. That or shrug his shoulders and wait to see what the attacker does.

The referee just chooses a side.

What happens if someone is through on goal, the sprinklers come on which put off the goalie and the player scores?

if a defender tries to clear it from near his goal and accidentally hits the referee and it bounces off him into the goal, does that count as a goal?
