That would be quite pleasant, I feel if he was open to a move we'd probably go all out for him.

I'd like to see him go to Arsenal, I think he'd fit perfectly in to their system of play.Fonseca wrote:De Rossi has expressed interest in the Premier league and has stated that it is more attractive than Serie A (Skysports)

He has a five-year deal with Roma worth 10m euros per season. I don't think he's going anywhere.

De Rossi to Saints is a done deal, Southern_Agent_ITK_Agent_InTheKnow_Football_ITK on twitter told me.
In other news, we're apparently hijacking the deal for Fraser Forster.

Yeah, he's great. But it upsets me that we agreed to a silly co-ownership deal with Parma, and lost millions because of it.

The cunts are at it again
Pedro
"Let's hope [Barca] sign [Alba]," he told Mundo Deportivo. "He's a magnificent player with great projection.
On Martinez, he added: "Even though he is young, he has a lot of experience. He is agile and a very good player. He would also be a very good signing."

Re: Summer Transfers Thread 2012
Former England international Danny Murphy was last night closing in on sealing a move to Blackburn Rovers.
The 35-year-old midfielder was understood to be having a medical last night with Rovers hopeful a deal could be wrapped up imminently.
The free transfer capture of Murphy would be a big coup for the Championship new boys as they look to earn an instant Premier League return.
Murphy did attract interest from Premier League Queens Park Rangers, while Fulham were also attempting to convince the former Liverpool man to stay at Craven Cottage for another season.
I think this is a very good signing, i reckon he can do a job in the championhip
According to the Daily Mirror, we've ha da £2m bid accepted for Leon Best

Re: Summer Transfers Thread 2012
Not much happening in Netherlands.
Vikor Elm moves from Heerenveen to Alkmaar - end of Contract, i suspect Alkmaar might be selling his brother Rasmus Elm though.
Twente has made the most moves in the window so far, but they also start their season much earlier as they participate in round 1 of Europa League.
So far the have "signed" 3 players and let 1 go.
Andreas Bjelland from FC Nordsjælland
Dusan Tadic from FC Groningen
Robbert Schilder from NAC Breda
They had to let Ola John go to Benfica
PSV got 2 in, Mark Van Bommel who is coming home, and Mathias "Zanka" Jørgensen from FC København who they had signed with earlier in the year. Ajax still expects Van Der Wiel and Vertonghen to leave, but nothing has been confirmed yet.
Danish Stuff.
Daniel Wass has signed with Evian who he was loaned out to, he was owned by Benfica. They are still waiting for possible signatures of Kahlenberg and C. Poulsen (All Danish NT players)
Jakob Poulsen goes from FC Midtjylland to AS Monaco, the former CL runner-up in 2004 was relegated to Ligue 2 in 2011 and didn't get promoted for this season they are now strengthening the squad to attempt to get back where they belong.

DANNY Murphy is expected to complete his move to Blackburn Rovers this afternoon.
As exclusively revealed in the Lancashire Telegraph this morning, Murphy underwent a medical last night and after having scans and agreeing personal terms he is now set to put pen to paper on a deal at the club.
They just updated it a few minutes ago...
