do Napoli if you want a fun save in Serie A. they have the capability to finish anywhere between 3rd and 6th place in Serie A, so they're kind of like Spurs in that regard. i never tried Napoli in FM. but they're the most fun team to use in FIFA/PES imo

Roma have no money. So unless you feel like having to try to replace an aging squad with 450k a season, then avoid them.
