You need a right back I guess. You can get Hinkel for free at the beginning of the game also Sime Vrsaljko is a great young full back that you can get for not that much.

same here, wingers have been sucking since FM10. fullbacks playing as defensive wingers are more effective, same with forwards playing as inside forwards, and to an extent, AMC's playing as wide advanced playmakers
but natural wingers playing as natural wingers are just terrible in FM
