Vasco win 2x1 away to Alianza courtesy of two great strikes from Fellipe Bastos. That's qualification to the round of 16 for O Gigante da Colina.

Cruz Azul should have won that comfortably. The missed penalty, and a few other clear chances were wasted.

Internacional 1x1 Santos. Santos still top of the group on 10 points. Inter on 9. Santos needs to avoid defeat in their last game to go through. Inter are pretty much through. They have Juan Aurich at home in the last matchday.

Emelec 3x2 Flamengo. Only one way to sum this up: Flamengo now bottom of the group on 4 points.

Libertad are now through along with Fluminese, and Vasco. The win for Juan Aurich almost sends Santos through. Need to get beaten 5x0 at home to The Strongest to get knocked out.
