Neville has more leadership qualities than most other RB's on the list, but he wasn't as talented, good as, nor achieved as much as any on the list.

Well, he got voted to the PFA Team of the Year twice. Which doesn't even make him the best fullback those years necessarily, just the best right back. And perhaps he was the best English right-back. What does that prove? He was better in the 90s than he was in the last decade anyway. He certainly warrants consideration for team of the 90s. Not sure about the team of this past decade though.

It's funny. You think someone with Carraghers age and experience would be able to deliver a decent cross whilst playing at RB. But the truth is he's a terrible passer.

In the entire decade NO fullback has been better than Gianluca Zambrotta. It's not even a contest. Listing a players accomplishments which are based on the team is kind of redundant in these kinds of things.

Zambrotta prior to leaving Juventus was by far the best RB on the planet by a country mile.
