End of Season Summary
After what I would consider a fairly good season, the board took my position at the club under review. I reached the final of the Copa del Rey, only losing by a goal in the 120th minute, and finished 3rd in the league behind Real Madrid and Barcelona. The board came to a conclusion and decided to keep me on at Atletico, after sending me an email congratulating me of finishing in the top 2, which didn't actually happen but they seem to think it did. I received offers from both Real Madrid and Barcelona but turned them down to stay with Atletico.
