i just bought poli but he's been average. 6.9 every game no more, no less. i rotate him with bertolacci/pizarro. i use pizarro as a backup/safety. i use bertolacci if i need work rate. and i use poli if i need a creator

ddr is my best player and top scorer in the league . he's scored more than osvaldo & co

I had a horrid time against Parma and Juve. So they got antsy. I won 4 matches in a row, but drew against Siena for some reason that I still haven't figured out yet. So they scaked me..

i hate to admit it but statistically speaking, osvaldo was my best player in the first season when i won the double. he had one of the highest avg ratings in the league. he also scored 7 goals in a europa league knockout match vs some swiss team. i guess that up'ed his reputation

i sold him mainly because of his wages though, and because he's already peaked and won't improve much further

4-2-3-1 narrow if opposition plays without an AMC

4-3-1-2 if opposition plays with an AMC. for this tactic, i manually set my two forwards to manmark the fullbacks, and set my AMC to make a lot of deep runs

and 4-2-1-3 when i need to score

fluid/control/short/press-more/expressive/cautious/zonal/drill/no-counter/no-offside/mixed-passing/wide-width/high-line/slow-tempo/no-time-wasting

if the opposition plays a wingerless formation, i set rosi/angel as my playmaker. if they play with wingers, i set totti/pjanic as my playmaker

i tried to play as many Romans as possible. i benched Stekelenburg/Rajkovic/Angel so i can play the likes of Curci/Bovo/Rosi

lineups: Curci // Rosi Kjaer Bovo Zuniga // Lamela Totti Candreva // Paloschi
bench: Stekelenburg // Rajkovic Calderoni Pizarro Eriksen Borini Pettinari

I'm impressed.

i think one of poli's stats translate into him being lazy

his training levels are quite poor and he has "down" arrows on his attributes. poli's happy with his training schedule and pizarro is under the same training schedule but he seems to be fine

i already told poli twice he won't be playing first team unless his training level goes up

i might loan him out if this keeps this up any longer
