The polish league lol
probably true
i want polska to enter this thread and hit us with some knowledge
Well in the Polish League, teams like Wisla Krakow have the best strikeforce in the whole of Southern Poland, they also have one of the nicest playing surfaces in Wisla. So really the Polish league is the best league from the Latvian League, the Estonia League and the Moldovian League, so yeah Poland is a great football nation and on Football Manager, Ebi Smolarek is the best striker in the Polish City of Lodz.

Re: scotland pioneering rubbish football
Have you considered the climate and how it affects the grounds? Honestly, I don't know what the pitch quality is like in Israel or Cyprus but for about half the season up here the majority of SPL pitches are pretty bad and some don't have under-soil heating. Fir Park was shocking last winter. It doesn't allow for quality passing football. And when you get teams endorsing a good-looking, attacking game, they don't have the quality to get anywhere (eg St. Mirren).James wrote:How can Scottish complain about money when they are behind Cyprus and Israel I highly doubt their leagues get much, nevermind the attendances Rangers and Celtic get.
If you look at other countries with a similar latitude to Scotland, they all (?) play their season in the Summer, so I think that could be a good way to go.

Oh and at least the national team are starting to look like a decent passing side.

James wrote:What is annoying about the SPL is it is such a 1 dimensional league with poor managers that anyone with half decent tactical knowledge would be able to take one of the worst sides to 3rd place comfortably and a team like Hibernian to win the league. Easy way to make a name for yourself, but I imagine it's not just the managers that are dumb, but also the people who run the clubs.
Hilariously naive comment. Its no coincidence that the teams with the most money do the best 99% of the time and your comment about a decent manager taking Hibs and winning the league is ridiculous to say the least.

Even when Burley was doing well with Hearts, it was after a cash injection from Romanov. The Maestro wrote:James wrote:What is annoying about the SPL is it is such a 1 dimensional league with poor managers that anyone with half decent tactical knowledge would be able to take one of the worst sides to 3rd place comfortably and a team like Hibernian to win the league. Re: scotland pioneering rubbish football
Bannan can't be Scottish from the way he plays, but apparently he is .
I'd say he's Scotland's best central midfielder, Fletcher works a lot but isn't really good at anything and Adam just keeps going for the Hollywood pass, Bannan knows when to play it save, when to play an incisive pass and when to run with the ball (his dribbling is much better than Adam's too).

I'm sorry what? In the past you could say that because I have nothing to back myself up to prove the quality in the Polish league is good other than my own word.Jelavic9|RFC wrote:He can't really talk.

Now that our teams are doing well in Europe, and our players are attracting attention from big clubs (Rudnev wanted by Juve and Genoa, Genoa already bidded 7m, Lech told them to fuck off and come back with more, Udinese tracking Borysiuk for a season now, Legia wanting 6m atleast for him), our league's coefficiency is well on the rise (whilst next season, SPL will drop from 18th to 29th and loose 2 European spots), and we are producing class talents (https://youtu.be/M4WXrzy5WKk), YOU CANNOT CLAIM YOU ARE BETTER ANYMORE.
Ekstraklasa > SPL, it is official whether you like it or not.

Yeah, I like Bannan, keeps it simple if he must. Adam wastes possession far too often.Gegilworld93 wrote:Bannan can't be Scottish from the way he plays, but apparently he is .

True watching him last season since January he kept trying to many Hollywood passes.
