Bartosz Bialkowski - Talented, and very loyal backup, did well to come back from a very serious injury. Shame he's most well known for 'that howler'.

Frazer Richardson - Suffered a setback in preseason last year, but came back and did well, has shone this season, really good crosser, has given Lambert countless assists.

Danny Butterfield - Brings experience to the side, probably not good enough though. Will go at the end of the season.

José Fonte - Good ball playing defender, really excelled last season, hasn't really shone this season though, been caught out a few times early on this season, but has really come on recently.

Jos Hooiveld - Been a revelation for us since coming in on loan, covers for Fonte excellently, and is a monster in the air. Scored a couple of important goals too.

Radhi Jaidi - Big black tank man. Been injured all season and has the pace of a mansion, but will probably be good against big hoof teams. Will probably go at the end of the season.

Danny Fox - Got a great left peg on him, solid defender too, hard as nails. Doesn't complement Lallana as much as Harding as he likes to sit back more.

Dan Harding - Likes to bomb forward, which benefits Lallana more, as it gives him freedom to cut inside. Defensively suspect though, not as good as Fox either.

Morgan Schneiderlin - A fantastic passer of the ball, a lot of our play will go through him, as he's so comfortable on the ball, only downsides to him are that he picks up loads of yellows, and never scores.

Jack Cork - Full of energy, good on the ball, excellent tackler too, an absolute bargain for £750k too. Future captain of Saints without a doubt.

Dean Hammond - Captain fantastic, not everyone's idea of a footballer, but gives his all, chips in with some decent goals too.

Steve De Ridder - Belgian import, bags of pace, and a superb crosser of the ball, seems to have an annoying tendency to go for the byline when other opportunities present themselves.

Guly Do Prado - Mr Inconsistent himself, unplayable at St. Mary's, invisible away from home. However he is a valuable team member, and has bagged 9 goals and 7 assists this term. Making him joint 3rd top scorer.

Adam Lallana - The man of our team, one of the most skilful players in the division, and can consistently leave defenders on their arses. Genius player, will go a long way.

David Connolly - Links up with Lallana well, has a true footballing brain, may not have the pace, but is a quality finisher and knows where the net is.

Rickie Lambert - One of the best strikers in the Championship, simples.

It's pretty concise, but ho hum.
