    Post by Gegilworld93 Wed Dec 28, 2011 10:24 am

We had this on old EA at some point and I really enjoyed reading the reviews of the different clubs on here.

This is how it works: Put your first-teams squad in here (youth if
you want too) and write a bit about every player, can be a few words or
    can be an in-depht analysis.

You should be honest and as unbiased as possible and please be serious.

Will do my Arsenal one later but it doesn't matter if there are several reviews about the same club.

De Gea - Poor start but has grown alot in confidence since... one of the best shot stoppers in the league.

Lindegaard- From what we've seen he has all the makings to be as good as Schmeichal (yes I went there) Dont think he has conceded a goal in the league this year... looks alot more commanding and confident than De Gea atm.

Vidic- Doesnt really need much, was still doing what he does best until that injury.

Rio- Getting alot of criticism from people saying hes past it.. but hes been quality so far this season.

Jones& Smalling- Both been quality since getting into the first team, showing they can both play in numerous positions. Very Happy

Evra- Been pretty average last year or two.. still quite sluggish this season and is getting more and more frustrating.. pops up with the odd decent performance against a small team at home.

Valencia- Was poor when he first came back from injury, but has just been amazing last few games, hopefully he keeps the form up.

Carrick- Still proving to be one of our most important players, quality on the ball and has improved alot defensively imo.

Giggs - Can be frustrating at times, but still proving he can cut it at the top level. I can see him lasting another year or so..

Cleverley- Looked promising at the start of the season, but his injuries are a big worry Sad

Anderson- Again had a great start, seemed to thrive alongside Cleverley, but performances came back down a level after Clev's injury.

Nani- Been one of our best players last two years, brilliant when on top form, but the final ball can be poor.

Young- Started off on flying form, but slowly drifted out of the first team, then had a couple of niggling injuries which have prevented a full comeback.

Rooney- doesnt need much, still doing all he usually does whether playing midfield or striker.

Hernandez- Hasnt seen much football, but still delivers the goods when he does play. Probably isnt suited to our style as much this year.

Welbeck- Surprised everyone with how much hes come on since last season, links the play with Rooney and Nani/Young brilliantly.

Berbatov- Seems to have picked up alot more confidence since the goal against Basel (I think :shift y:) Although I cant see him staying with us Sad

I'll do the first team and some squad players.

Brad Friedel - Very reliable keeper who organises his back 4 well but stays on his line too much. Very old so we'll need to replace him in the future but has been an inspired 'arry signing.
Benoit Assou Ekotto - Prone to a lapse in concentration but one of the best left backs around. Very cool under pressure and can whip a good ball in. Needs to improve in his distribution at times but i like him.
Younes Kaboul - Such an improved player and this season hes come into his own. A fixture in the team, hes dominant in the air and good with his feet. Stopped his maniac runs and will be a great CB for us in the future.
Ledley King - What can i say? He can't train but when he plays we are almost guaranteed a win - he is a true modern legend of the club and if he hadn't had his injuries he'd be ranked alongside your cannavarro/ferdinand etc. Never gives away a foul, reads the game incredibly well and any game he can get himself fit for is one we have a great chance of winning.
Kyle Walker - Future England right back, has the pace and delivery to be a flying right back. Isn't the finished article in defence but his pace usually saves him - needs to improve on that.

Gareth Bale - Improved his consistency this season as he was a bit stop start last year. Has the ability to be one of the best wingers in the world and can win a game on his own. Needs to dominate more games but this is just a slight critisism.
Luka Modric - Wonderful player to watch, such a range of passing and has grown into being one of the best deep lying playmakers in world football. I just hope we can keep him beyond this season.
Scott Parker - I was wrong about him as i thought he was a bit of a run of the mill midfielder but he has such an engine on him, does all the dirty work and made such a difference to our midfield. Could distribute the ball better but in fairness its not his job.
Aaron Lennon - With Bale has made us such a difficult team to play against. Seems to be a bit injury prone and his crossing still needs working on but has come on a lot in the past year or two. I want to see him taking on players like he used to because he shirks it a bit too much.
Rafa Van Der Vaart - Has world class technique, ability to create and score goals and has a passion for the team that elevates him above most other attacking midfielders. Hes very injury prone (which isn't his fault) and can go missing sometimes but is one of the best natural players to put on a spurs shirt since i've been a fan.
Emmanuel Adebayor - Such an improvement on Crouchy, can hold the ball up, has good technique and scores goals. His finishing is a bit hit and miss but his record is impressive for us. I want him to sign a contract and keep with the high workrate hes shown for the team so far.

Harry Redknapp: Has got us playing some beautiful football and no one should underestimate the team spirit he puts in our squad - everyone loves Harry and really do play for him. Hes often too slow with substitutions, talks rubbish to the media and doesn't change formation to suit games (not the most balanced side sometimes) but no one can doubt hes done a remarkable job with us to make us genuine contenders for 3rd place and maybe higher.

A few others to mention: Sandro is a beast of a defensive midfielder and we will see a lot of him in the next year. His abilit y to come away from challenges so cleanly with the ball is remarkable and hes still young.

Thats Spurs at the moment - things are going so well at the moment i've found it hard to say bad things about our players but there you go.

    Reina - Worrying at times.

Johnson - Looking pretty good. Makes up for our lack of decent wide players at times.
Skrtel - Finding his old form.
    Agger - Great defender.
    Carragher - Finally dropped.
Coates - Looked great against Chelsea.
Enrique - Sensational, one of the best signing this summer.

Lucas - At the top of his game until his got injured, absolutely devastated.
Adam - Awful start, got a lot better, having a poor week.
Downing - 18 starts, 0 goals, 0 assists. Do not want.
Maxi - Should be starting every game.
Henderson - A bit of a passenger, getting better and more confident.
Gerrard - Looked good when he's played. Hopefully he's overcome this annoying injury.

Suarez - Costing us with his poor finishing. Poor form recently.
Carroll - Being treated badly. He plays well then gets dropped, he needs a good run of games.
Kuyt - Horrible season for him, not surprised if he's off soon. Love the guy though.
Bellamy - One of the better players. Shame he's unfit.

    Yep.

1 GK Steve Harper - Past it. Might only ever get a few games for NUFC again if any.
2 DF Fabricio Coloccini (captain)- World class center half. Brilliant footballer.
3 DF Davide Santon - Looked highly capable from what has been seen. A lot more to come.
4 MF Yohan Cabaye - Brilliant deep lying play maker, that makes us tick. Hugely important.
5 DF Danny Simpson - Technically inept. Suspect defensively, terrible going forward.
6 DF Mike Williamson - Decent cover. Strong in the air.
8 MF Danny Guthrie - Good player, most underrated in the squad. Can fill the cabaye role well.
10 FW Hatem Ben Arfa - Most naturally talented. Huge potential, could be something special.
11 FW Peter Løvenkrands - Works hard, good squad player. Ineffective starter.
13 MF Mehdi Abeid - Heard good things, never seen him play.
14 DF James Perch - Useless.
15 MF Dan Gosling - Even worse.
16 DF Ryan Taylor - Technically strong, suspect defensively.
17 MF Alan Smith - Shit
18 MF Jonás Gutiérrez - Works hard going back, offers little going forward.
19 FW Demba Ba - Do i need to say?
20 FW Leon Best - Technically on a par with Simpson. We really should be doing better.
22 MF Sylvain Marveaux - Havent seen enough.
23 FW Shola Ameobi - Can be brilliant one moment. Shit the next. More shit than brilliant. Quite a bit more.
24 MF Cheick Tioté - Immensley talented, leagues best when on his game. Off the boil since injury. Getting back to fitness.
25 MF Gabriel Obertan - Useless
26 GK Tim Krul - top draw goalkeeper, will go on to be one of the worlds best
27 DF Steven Taylor - Played exceptionally well at the start of the season. Injury prone, but hope he can get back
28 FW Sammy Ameobi - Could go one way or the other. Immensely raw, promising though.
29 MF Haris Vučkić - Hyped up by the toon. Not buying it as much as others. Cracking shot. Not a CM.
31 DF Shane Ferguson - Quality young player, good on the ball, would like to see him given a chance.
35 GK Rob Elliot - Meh
40 DF Tamas Kadar - Who knows.

Did i actually just do that...

Szczesny - Top class, his distribution has improved a lot even though it's still not amazing, but he can work on that. Needs to act less cocky though, but i'm sure that'll come with time.

Sagna - Been injured so can't say much, but per usual was reliable when playing.

Jenkinson - Rushed into it too early, should have been loaned out. Has done an okay job though and I don't blame him.

Koscielny - Amazing. Proved everyone wrong, and I always knew he could become a top class CB. One of the best all round CB's in the league along with TV.

Vermaelen - Injured for a while, but has come back as strong as before. Can tell he's leading from the back as he often tells the defending players what to do.

Mertesacker - Started off shaky, very shaky. But I think he'll be like Koscielny, and after a while adjusting he'll come good and become a very good CB for us.

Djourou - Not great, not awful. He's too clumsy though, and I actually prefer him at RB although he needs to work on his passing and needs to give the ball to someone quicker instead of making long shit runs.

Santos - Been good going forward, and to be fair like Mertesacker I think he'll get better. He isn't awful, but he needs to work on a lot defensively. Had some good games though.

Gibbs - Injured too much really, still think he can be a decent player, but needs to sort himself out.

Song - A lot more creative this season, passing has improved a lot too. He gets caught out, and sometimes has poor games but has generally been good.

    Wilshere - Injured

Arteta - Surprised me a lot, extremely calm on the ball, barely ever gives it away and knows when to make the decisive pass. Wasn't impressed at first but think he brings a good deal of experience to the midfield.

Benayoun - Played well when called upon.

Rosicky - Same as above, good squad player to have.

Ramsey - Started well, but has become more tired. Be good to see him rested for a bit but he's getting back to how he was before his injury and is improving.

Walcott - Looked quite good, still can be frustrating but his crossing has improved and his finishing is good still. He needs to use his pace more though, he never just runs with the ball like Bale or other quick players.

Gervinho - Frustrating for most the season, but I think he'll get better.

Arshavin - As much as I used to like him, he really needs to go now, he just looks not bothered, and even in 20 minute spells he looks shattered.

van Persie - Not much to say, world class and the best player in the team, and the league this year.

Chamakh - Lost it really, doesn't seem like he could score to save his life. His positioning is awful, and he never really has any chances.

Cba with the rest or anyone I missed.

Hart- Reliably good, English and relatively young, wouldn't swap him.

Micah-His best season yet so far, been brilliant at bombing forward and putting the ball in the right place.
Kompany-Actually didn't start that well this year, but still been decent. Very good defender, can read the game and play smart and play like an aggressive bruiser when needed.
Lescott-Fairly solid. Good in the air, but not so much with it on his ground. Tends to fuck up 1/10 games, but still a good player.
Clichy-Looked really good, fucked up badly in the Chelsea game though.
Zabaleta-Always gives 100%. Tagged as a utility player now though, so he's going to be filling in more than anything.

Yaya-Great midfielder, but can be so frustrating at times.
Barry-Unsung hero of the team, keeps everything ticking over really well, had an excellent year.
Silva-Absolutely brilliant player. Looked a bit tired the past few games though, probably needs a rest because he's played so much.
Nasri-Done okay, not really set the world on fire though.
Milner-Had a good season, seemed to be a lot better with his passing and movement.
De Jong-Missed some games through injury, but now seems to be second choice. Deserves a few more because he really sures up the defense.
Adam Johnson-He goes missing in games sometimes, but he's popped up with a lot of goals when he's come on this year. Feel like he's got a point to prove to Mancini.

Aguero-Clearly talented, needs to be a bit more clinical at times though.
Dzeko-Not as prolific as the other strikers, but changes the way the team plays when on. Feel he deserves more games.
Balotelli-Love him. Personally I think he's the best finisher in the country, he seems to be able to find the corner with every shot, no matter how quickly they come. Gators gonna gate.
Tevez-Miss that hairy little fuck. Wish he never wanted to leave.

Reina - Good. Had a dip in form recently.

Johnson - This season he has been very good. Solid at the back, and very good going forward. Odd defensive mistake (Fulham away) but I am impressed.
Skrtel - Starting to look like the Skrtel Rafa was one about, when we signed him. All areas of his game have improved a lot, and the partnership with Agger is amazing. One of the best players so far this season, apart from that mare when he played right back against Bale.
Agger - Boss. touch wood, his injuries are behind him.
Carragher - Who? Squad review of your club 3925848005 .
Coates - Looks good. Still a bit mistake prone from what I have seen, but that can be ironed out of his game.
Enrique - Rock solid at the back. Guy is a tank.

Lucas - Boss. Shame he is injured.
Adam - Inconsistent. Some games he is very good, sometimes he is shite.
Downing - Awful. More recently he has been attacking the full back more, and grew some balls. End product is pretty shite. Shooting is terrible.
Maxi - Only player that can score. Laughing .
Henderson - Played out of position. Tidy good footballer, inconsistent though.
Gerrard - In his cameos so far this season, have been promising.

Suarez - Poor this season. Shooting and decision making in front of goal has been poor.
Carroll - Scores a goal, then is dropped. Looks a completely different player to he was at Newcastle.
Kuyt - Poor by his standards. Been phased out, and at the correct time too.
Bellamy - Would be starter every game, if only his knee's weren't fucked up.

Wrote one for Starting 11 on EA earlier in the year, just after Suarez left but before El Hamdoui pissed off everyone.

    Maarten Stekelenburg

Fantastic Goalkeeper big part of getting Netherlands to world cup.
Its a miracle he is still in Ajax and it would be strange if he still
was for next season. Future top 3 in the world.

    Gregory Van Der Wiel

Another big talent, great offensive drive but also well rounded
defensively as well also a miracle he is still in Ajax was sure he was
gonna be sold before the season begun.

    Toby Alderweireld

Becoming more and more a Classic Ajax Defender, physically present in defense with a fantastic shot.

    Jan Vertonghen

A few steps ahead of Alderweireld but basically the same to say about him.

    Daley Blind

Was hard to put words on him just 2 months ago but De Boer have
taken to him and he's moved infront of Anita, Still a young talent with a
big Ajax last name. Im unsure of him still he is still making quite a
few mistakes and at times i find myself wondering if he's been moved up
    too early.

    Eyong Enoh

It becomes kind of redundant with this team, but i see him as a big
talent that would fit well into any club that wants to play offensive,
great as defensive midfielder and has a good attitude about
    redistribution of the ball.

    Siem De Jong

Good offensive midfielder excellent shot and vision for the game.
He could stay in the club for a while though, i am not sure about him,
he's been part of the team for a while now but he strikes me as one who
might leave the club later than those at the same age.

    Christian Eriksen

I nearly wanted to write nothing at all with him but ill try
anyway. The only thing he lacks is physical presence and experience.
Fantastic shot with both legs, his vision for the game could only be
emulated for most if you had eyes all the way around your head, passes
that the defense hates. One of the biggest talents around with the best
promise, doesn't say much about himself, lets his legs and talent talk.
Has tendency to become invisible in some games not unlike some of the
biggest stars around, with time those matches will be fewer but even
happens to Messi some times Squad review of your club 3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad

    Mounir El Hamdaoui

The oldest regular outfielder (26) and also not a homegrown Ajax
talent, good in front of goal but i worry a bit if his first half of the
season form will stick around as he and Suarez was a fantastic team
upfront, he lived off opponents defenders focusing mainly on Suarez and
then picking up that pass from the back or Suarez himself to score his
goals. Its not that he hasnt scored because he has, but i am not sure he
will put away as many as we might need him to as there is really no
    replacement upfront for him.

    Miralem Sulejmani

One really fast guy, has grown to be an important figure after
Suarez left and could look to stay another year with the club and then
finally get his wish about playing in English football.

I'll try to get around for an update with current XI and important subs.

Reina - Shit GK who makes alot of errors.

Johnson - Shit defender but can score a goal now and again. Like to pull the race card alot though.
Skrtel - Weird face. Average defender. Funny name.
Agger - Has cool tattoos which means he's exceptional.
Carragher - World class defender with excellent passing skill. Should play in deep CM with his excellent long passes.
Enrique - Best LB in the world in the last decade. Nothing more needs to be said.

Lucas - Second best midfielder in the world after Xavi.
Adam - Best passer in the history of football. Should easily make the EPL toty.
Downing - statistically the best player in the league. Should win the EPL player of the season.
Maxi - Shit player. Kenny is a genius for not playing him often. Please sell him.
Henderson - Barcelona want him as a replacement for Iniesta. Do I need to say more?
    Gerrard - Shit HOOFlepuff player.

Suarez - Third best player in the world this year after CR and Messi.
Carroll - Wannabe delightful chap who just so happens to be black but that\'s ok. But world class nonetheless. Great technique for a big man.
Kuyt - Should be OVR-89 on fifa. He's been faultless this season
Bellamy - Should have won young player of the year. sensational year for him.

    GK's

Rafael: He's called Rafael Muralha because muralha means wall in Portuguese. Great gk.
Aranha: Aranha means spider in Portuguese. He lives up to his name.
Vladimir: A good young keeper with great tattoos.

    Fullbacks

Crystian: The future. Models his game on Cristiano Ronaldo for some reason.
Leo: Boss. The most successful player in the club's history since Pele. Pity he's 37 now so he's not as good as he once was.
Para: Honestly one of the worst players I've seen. What a farmer.

    CB's

Edu Dracena: Fairly good cb. Too timid though.
Durval: Has a weird fetish for hoofing the ball.
Bruno Rodrigo: Beast in the air.
    Bruno Aguiar: Beast at freekicks.

    MD's

Elano: Would be good for American football now. Seems like setpieces are the only things he bothers about.
    Arouca: A one man army.
Ibson: Good at PES. Not so good at real football.
Adriano: Will be your second shadow for 90 minutes. Excellent man-marker.
Henrique: I don't even know man. Only looks good when he plays with Adriano. Must be some sort of parasite.
    Felipe Anderson: Ganso's heir.
Ganso: The last of a dying breed of playmakers. Has the talent but needs to stay injury free.

    ST's[/b]

Neymar: The mowhawked tornado magician. Future world star.
Borges: The cyborg goal machine sent back from the future to dominate strike fear into defenders.
    Renteria: He runs funny.
Diogo: The only footballer I've seen who deserves a decimal number on the back of his shirt. A joke of a player.
    Tiago Alves: Meep! Meep!
Renan Mota: Only played 10 minutes of first team football and made me develop a mancrush for him. Can't wait to see him play again.

    Cheltenhams starting 11:

GK - Scott Brown: Great shot stopper but his distribution is poor. He also seems to be stuck to his line meaning that we concede lots of goals from crosses in and around the six yard box.

RB - Sido Jombati: Seems to have legs made from elastic and is excellent on both his left and right foot. Love this guy.
CB - Steve Elliot: A tank at the back which is what is needed in League 2. He's improved a hell of a lot since last season
CB - Alan Bennett: The leader of our team, but unlike Elliot he can play a bit.
LB - Luke Garbutt: 18 year old left back on loan from Everton. This guy is good in the air, has pace, decent left foot and can attack and defend. I could see him challenging Baines in three or four years.

LW - Kaid Mohamed: Really like this guy but he can be very frustrating. A very direct player who can play shite the whole game and can then launch a counter attack from nothing and win us the game. Done that three times this season, and he is bloody quick.
CM - Marlon Pack: The Xabi Alonso of out team. Can pick out 50 yard passes succesfully all day long.
CM - Luke Summerfield: This guy has his heart on his sleeve every game he plays. Also has a ferocious shot on him.
CM - Russell Penn: The same as Summerfield.
RW - James Spencer: A young lad on loan from Huddersfield. He is very much the Rooney of our team. Young, aggresive and hungry for goals. He even looks similar to him Laughing

ST - Daryl Duffy: A Quick nippy striker, who despite being very small can lead the line on his own succesfully. Fuck knows why Rovers let him go.

Santos - Liability, shit hate everything about him
Koscielny - Jesus, second best player in the team right now
Song - Great, he's turning into a combo of Vieira and Cesc... Very happy with him
Mertesacker - Decent, not great or crap just decent really... Has flaws but is good as 3rd choice
Vermaelen - Solid as usual, being put out at LB is making him uncomfortable but he still does a good and better job than Santos
Gervinho - Bollocks really, this guy is fucking disgusting. He has his fans and his haters but the majority of the time people are too blind to see his wigan esc winger flaws, no way is he good enough. The best defenders of Gerboue (plays like Eboue obviously) are that he's direct, I don't give a fuck
Arteta - Solid, brings balance to the midfield like Song but isn't good enough to be an advanced playmaker. However he's doing a good job
Jenkinson - good and has potential but got ripped as he was rushed in too early. Showing improvement nonetheless
Ramsey - Does a lot of stupid shit, draws a lot of unnecessary hate but is still good at what he does and is definitely better than Rosicky or Benayoun
Benayoun - Another guy I don't like, he has talent though but not good enough for Arsenal. He's creative and all that but he's not gonna cut it

    Tottenham Hotspur

Friedel - been pretty much stellar all season
Gomes - get rid of him, while we still may get something for him
    Cudicini - okay I guess

Walker - great at running forward, slightly suspect on defense from time to time but mostly solid
Corluka - I still think Corluka is a better defender then Walker but Walker adds much more going forward, hopefully Corluka gets some games in because he is a fine player.
Gallas - pretty good but old, vulnerable at times
King - injuries all the time but when he plays this year we don't really lose.
Dawson - been injured most of the year, can't really judge him
Kaboul - pretty decent, makes mistakes every now and then but a good option
Assou-Ekotto - his motor never stops running, good defender, pretty underrated

Lennon - been good when he's played this season, really opens up the flanks.
Parker - when we signed him I was so happy, this guy is as good as advertised, he hustles like no other, makes great passes and tackles, and sees the field. My only complaint with him is that he doesn't look comfortable in a shooting position in the attacking area, and doesnt make very many forward runs. Once he scores one goal he will probably become more confident in the offensive third.
Van Der Vaart - Van Der Vaart always frustrates me, he doesnt really have a position, he's not really a midfielder or a striker, and yet all he does is produce goals. Nagged by injuries lately, but mostly this season he's been good, he's a good passer and free kick taker as well although sometimes I wish there was a way to fit another striker like Defoe onto the pitch.
Modric - I don't really need to say much, there's a reason everyone wanted this guy, he's incredible, his passes, his work ethic, his footwork and control, the guy is a wizard, I can only hope he stays with us for years to come.
Sandro - very good holding mid when he plays, seems like he could develop into a pretty good player, wish there was some way he could get more game time.
Krancjar - he hasn't played much this season but he's pretty talented and you feel like a goal is coming when he steps on the pitch, he's a solid bench option
Livermore - can't really judge him but seems like a good prospect.
Bale - no words to describe him, best player on the team, everyone is afraid of him and whenever he has the ball the defences are frozen in fear, he's fast as anybody, good at finishing, and has a pretty good cross as well. The only problems Bale has are his right foot, which at times seems weak, and his confidence. Sometimes I see him not taking a guy on when everyone knows Bale will blow right past that guy, it's like he doesn't realize how good he is sometimes. Bale is a fantastic player and is only getting better in time, hopefully we keep him for years to come.

Adebayor - When we signed Adebayor I was worried about his attitude, he had scored against us many times before and wasn't exactly liked by Tottenham fans. I didn't really know what to expect. But he has been incredible, his finishing is usually solid, he's good in the air, he troubles defences all day long, seems like a different person from his Arsenal days. He is also adept at passing, some of his assists this year to Bale and VDV have been top notch passes, the type of passes most strikers don't normally make. He is a complete player and I hope we can get him permanently.
Defoe - when he plays, he scores, it's always been that way with Defoe. You can't ask for much more then that really. It's a shame there's only 11 spots on the field.
Pavluychenko - yikes, most frustrating player on the squad, scores wonder goals like against Rubin Kazan, sometimes when he gets on a roll he looks like he's scoring for fun, and other times, like against Chelsea the other week, he looked absolutely boyish and lost.

Post by Guest Wed Dec 28, 2011 11:47 am

I know I'm going to forget some players here, if players haven't played enough in my opinion I'll leave them alone.

De Gea - Dodgy start, but has improved, still though he looks dodgy at times, he has pulled off some class saves and his distribution is good but I still am not sure.
Lindegaard - Every time he has come in he's done well, and hasn't conceded a goal in the league yet, in something like 5 appearances.

Jones the defender - Started this season really really well, whether it's at RB or CB he was performing well, he has had a couple of mistakes in him but it's been more or less a perfect start to his United career and I feel very confident with him in the side.
Ferdinand - Rio has been great in my opinion, bar the game at City he's performed to a high level, I think after that game he got a lot of shit and it stuck on his reputation of him declining, well that's just bullshit, the man is class.
Vidic - Was so good until his injury, made our defence so much stronger and just smashed everything out, but he does this every season and it's nothing new, amazing.
Evans - Similarly to Rio he's been good this season, bar the City game where he cost us big time, he still looks unbelievably awkward when tackling or clearing a ball away, always looks like an accident waiting to happen.
Smalling - Has had some injury problems but overall has been good, had some trouble with Matt Jarvis though.
Evra - Has not been good for a while, was hoping he could turn it around this season but he's continued to be pretty bad, has had some good games and periods of decent performances, but still not good enough

Cleverley - Started the season realy well and looked promising but injuries have stopped it continuing.
    Anderson - Same as Cleverley
Fletcher - Has been shit for a long time and his illness has not helped him at all, glad he's out of the side now really.
Jones the midfielder - Has been good in midfield too, gives us good energy and can bomb forward as well, really impressed.
Carrick - Since he's come back into the starting 11 we've been a much better side, he's been great for the past 2 months I'd say and definitely one of our best players.
Giggs - Giggs can be frustrating, sometimes his passing is so wayward but he just has these games where everything he touches turns to gold, he doesn't play much but I expect he'll have some more games where he decides them.
Young - Started the season on fire, looked like he'd been at United for years but injuries have held him back a bit and overall he's dropped his form way off, seems so weak on the ball.
    Park - He's been alright.
Valencia - Started slowly, wasn't playing well at all, when he had a chance to cross the ball he'd stand about for a minute and get nowhere, but recently he seems another player, the Valencia of 09/10 and has really impressed and surprised me with the way he's playing.
Nani - Nani has had some awful games but overall he's been one of our best players and I don't think any United fan can complain about him this season, great player.

Rooney - Started the season as a goal machine, then we had a bit of a crisis in midfield and he was dropping very deep and even had to play in midfield at times, his goals went away but his performances never did, always one of our most important players, when he plays well, we play well, and recently he's started scoring again too, for a player that offers as much as he does deeper 15 in 22 is a great return.
Welbeck - When he started the season partnering Rooney it was very exciting, Welbeck gave us a new dimension because he was a great footballer, quick, and could score goals, then he got injured but since he's come back it's been the same again, he's been quality.
Hernandez - Had a lot of injury problems but still has managed to get us loads of points in 1-0 wins and 1-1 away to Liverpool.
Berbatov - Really doesn't get enough playing time to have a go at him, I will say he really is a great bloke though, not one bit of complaint.

I feel like I've missed someone really relevant.
