Maarten Stekelenburg Fantastic Goalkeeper big part of getting Netherlands to world cup.
Its a miracle he is still in Ajax and it would be strange if he still
was for next season. Future top 3 in the world.
Gregory Van Der Wiel Another big talent, great offensive drive but also well rounded
defensively as well also a miracle he is still in Ajax was sure he was
gonna be sold before the season begun.
Toby Alderweireld Becoming more and more a Classic Ajax Defender, physically present in defense with a fantastic shot.
Jan Vertonghen A few steps ahead of Alderweireld but basically the same to say about him.
Daley Blind Was hard to put words on him just 2 months ago but De Boer have
taken to him and he's moved infront of Anita, Still a young talent with a
big Ajax last name. Im unsure of him still he is still making quite a
few mistakes and at times i find myself wondering if he's been moved up
too early.
Eyong Enoh It becomes kind of redundant with this team, but i see him as a big
talent that would fit well into any club that wants to play offensive,
great as defensive midfielder and has a good attitude about
redistribution of the ball.
Siem De Jong Good offensive midfielder excellent shot and vision for the game.
He could stay in the club for a while though, i am not sure about him,
he's been part of the team for a while now but he strikes me as one who
might leave the club later than those at the same age.
Christian Eriksen I nearly wanted to write nothing at all with him but ill try
anyway. The only thing he lacks is physical presence and experience.
Fantastic shot with both legs, his vision for the game could only be
emulated for most if you had eyes all the way around your head, passes
that the defense hates. One of the biggest talents around with the best
promise, doesn't say much about himself, lets his legs and talent talk.
Has tendency to become invisible in some games not unlike some of the
biggest stars around, with time those matches will be fewer but even
happens to Messi some times
Mounir El Hamdaoui The oldest regular outfielder (26) and also not a homegrown Ajax
talent, good in front of goal but i worry a bit if his first half of the
season form will stick around as he and Suarez was a fantastic team
upfront, he lived off opponents defenders focusing mainly on Suarez and
then picking up that pass from the back or Suarez himself to score his
goals. Its not that he hasnt scored because he has, but i am not sure he
will put away as many as we might need him to as there is really no
replacement upfront for him.
Miralem Sulejmani One really fast guy, has grown to be an important figure after
Suarez left and could look to stay another year with the club and then
finally get his wish about playing in English football.
