Reina - Been a bit iffy at times but it's Reina.
Johnson - His defence has been so much better and his crossing is brilliant.
Skrtel - Solid at times and a danger at set pieces just needs to drop the yard-dog.
Agger - Another solid defender, brilliant going forward needs to work on somethings.
Enrique - Cracking left back, goes forward and defends like a pro.
Downing - Starting to improve as a player, his crossing has improved so well aswell, his big issue is to grab a goal.
Adam - Passing is spot on, his striking excellent but has had a poor week.
Lucas Leiva - Been a wonder for Liverpool attacking and defending, he's been one of the best this season
Shelvey - Love this lad, He can hit a ball, He was excellent to watch vs Villa, hope he gets more starts.
Bellamy - Needs to control his temper at times but he's a joy to watch going forward and can scare opponents.
Maxi - Getting goals like usual, needs to run abit more at times but I like him.
Carroll - Needs more time, He could be a perfect target man, needs to enjoy his football again.
Suarez - Liverpools main threat going forward, brilliant at dribbling, opponents fear him and gives Liverpool lots of hope.

Lonergan- Improvement on Schmeichel. We always seem to have great shot stoppers as first choice keepers.
McCarthy- Possible England number 1 who is on loan from Reading. Would love to sign this player although he is not needed as we don't need to strengthen here yet.
Rachubka- The worst goalkeeper I have ever seen. Watch this and you'll agree. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K0XaIewFtTM

Connolly- Nothing special but likes to get his 7 ratings week in week out. He rarely gets higher but usually when placed against a good left winger like Ward on Monday he does poor. He only has one foot which means that he hoofs the ball upfield a lot when he can't pass to Snodgrass.
Kisnorbo- The type of defender we need that gives 110%. He hasn't been the same since his injury though and has little pace as do most of our defenders.
Lees- Good prospect for the future. Works well with O'Dea.
White- Fastest player we have. Terrifies defences when making runs from left back but he has to stop before crossing he ball which usually means it is blocked.
O'Dea- Good at heading and good partner for Lees.

Vayrynen- Should replace Clayton for the time being.
Brown- Everyone hated him after we lost on the first day of the season but the whole team played shit that game and he has since been helping us concede no more than 1 a game since he got back into the side at Forest.
Sam- Injuries and stamina let him down but he is quick and can whip in a good cross. Doesn't help with the defending though which means lots of goals come from his side of the pitch when he plays.
Howson- He can only play in a certain position but when he does he is great. Other than that he is nowhere to be seen. We are missing him already now that he is injured.
Clayton- Was our best player for the first few games but now has turned to shit.
Pugh- Good player similar to Connolly in what he tries to achieve but offers little going forward which is what we need on the left wing.
Nunez- The player who needs to be given a proper chance. His best position is apparently attacking midfield but he has yet to be played in that position. We need him to get a chance now that Howson is injured. His right foot is amazing but he hasn't got a left foot.

Becchio- Great target man last season but injuries and lack of confidence has made him play bad. He has also lost his work rate which made him a fan favourite.
Forssell- Another player that needs to be given a chance as we are lacking goals. Not seen enough of him to judge.
Snodgrass- Our best player. Was playing great earlier this season but now teams are putting 2 and sometimes even 3 players on him to keep him quiet. Last season Gradel on the other wing meant that teams couldn't do that.
Somma- A great impact substitute who is yet to feature as he has been injured all season. Another player who we need back in the squad although we shouldn't rush him. He isn't due back for another month.
Keogh- Has a magnificent work rate and his link up play is superb although he lacks goals and that is why he isn't in the side.
McCormack- Our most talented forward who can do amazing things when on form. Yet another player who the goals have dried up for.

I have missed out a couple of players who have been frozen out.

Johnson - Shit defender but can score a goal now and again. Like to pull the race card alot though.
Skrtel - Weird face. Average defender. Funny name.
Agger - Has cool tattoos which means he's exceptional.
Carragher - World class defender with excellent passing skill. Should play in deep CM with his excellent long passes.
Enrique - Best LB in the world in the last decade. Nothing more needs to be said.

Lucas - Second best midfielder in the world after Xavi.
Adam - Best passer in the history of football. Should easily make the EPL toty.
Downing - statistically the best player in the league. Should win the EPL player of the season.
Maxi - Shit player. Kenny is a genius for not playing him often. Please sell him.
Henderson - Barcelona want him as a replacement for Iniesta. Do I need to say more?
    Gerrard - Shit HOOFlepuff player.

Suarez - Third best player in the world this year after CR and Messi.
Carroll - Wannabe delightful chap who just so happens to be black but that\'s ok. But world class nonetheless. Great technique for a big man.
Kuyt - Should be OVR-89 on fifa. He's been faultless this season
Bellamy - Should have won young player of the year. sensational year for him.

I don't understand why you would do this?

Sergei Pareiko - He has been having a very shaky season. What happened to him? He was the best keeper in the league last season. His form has started to pick up since Maaskant's sacking.
Milan Jovanic - We should release him. He isn't good enough and looked worse then Pareiko has this when given matchtime. He had a couple decent appearances though.

Marko Jovanovic - Thought he was a fantastic investment in the summer being the best defender in Serbia, but he was horrendous in the preseason. He has proven his critics wrong however and is now arguably our best right back. (though we signed him for CB..)
Michael Lamey - Don't know where to begin. The guy is a total mess, he was released from Leicester for good reason. He is good going forward though and has had a few moments of brilliance, particularly in Europe. I want to keep him in January for depth but I want him released in the summer.
Kew Jaliens - Absolute fucking disaster. Worst defender to play for Wisla in some time, and that is saying ALOT. I have no idea what Valckx saw in him, he usually is brilliant with transfers. What's worse is former manager Maaskant's stubbornness when it came to Jaliens, having him play every minute. This guy is probably on the biggest wage at the club as well.
Osman Chavez - He is a good defender but he has his moments, though I feel these moments are mostly caused by Jaliens, who has been his cb partner for most the season. Overall, I am happy we signed him permanently. He has the horrible habit of playing the ball and trying to dribble his way out of pressure which is a ticking time bomb. I get super nervous whenever he does this - which is often.
Gordan Bunoza - He's been injured, and when fit, Jaliens, Chavez and even Kowalski were favored over him by Maaskant. He was great last season and looked solid in his cameos this season. He still is rather young and has a bright future at this club IMO. Potentially future Bosnian starter.
Mateusz Kowalski - I feel for him. He's simply not good enough. Could make it at a lower table club maybe. We should let him go for the benefit of all parties.
Michal Czekaj - The 19 year old only played 4 matches this season but in each of them, he has looked great! Most notable match was when Jaliens got injured after 15 minutes in the game and he came on and bossed our half of the pitch. He's very tall and good in the air, I reckon he's got a bright future ahead of him, maybe can even make it in the bigger leagues.
Junior Diaz - Oh gosh. What has happened to him? I remember when he first signed for us from some Costa Rican pub team (ie their champions) and was wonderful. He transferred to Holland for over a million pounds, failed, and this season back on loan for us, and he is dire. Absolutely dire. If Jaliens wasn't the worst man on the pitch, Diaz probably was. Thank the non-existent god that he is only here on loan.
Dragan Paljic - Originally a winger in the Bundesliga, he has converted nicely as a left back nicely since coming here. Still too attacking minded though and is occasionally caught. He's been poorer this season and has a few haters among the fans, but I think they are unwarranted, the whole team played badly this fall, Paljic hasn't been particularly bad. The Left Back position still needs to be improved if we want to compete in Europe. (I think Paljic is better suited as a utility player at LB and the wing)

Gervasio Nunez - Famous player among Fulham fans. Laughing Opinions on him vary greatly between our fanbase. He's had a few poor games and like Paljic, has attained a fair number of haters, but IMO he has more than made up for this with his better performances. We will most likely keep him on loan for the second half of the season but will we sign him? I guess it depends on how much his club wants for him and his performances in the Spring round.
Radoslaw Sobolewski - Our captain. He has been having an average season and is slowly being phased out permanently in favor of Cezary Wilk. This is likely and sadly his last season as a professional player.
Cezary Wilk - Becoming our starting defensive midfielder in a fluid 4-2-3-1 formation and taking over the role of Sobolewski. Wilk has always been a good player, but will he take over Sobolewski's role? I have my doubts, he isn't the anchorman Sobolewski is/was and is more attacking minded (kinda like Arsenal's Song). Others believe in him though. In my opinion, he should've won the Ekstraklasa's Best DM award ahead of Murawski.
Tomas Jirsak - He's been a loyal servant to Wisla, only 1 game away from attaining his 100th cap for the club. He's mostly been partnering Wilk at CM when Nunez isn't playing and has been our playmaker. Don't know what to say about him. He hasn't been anything special or particularly poor. He did finally score this season after hell knows how long though, and what a beautiful goal too!
Daniel Brud - Young player, Maaskant had experimented with him a bit both in midfield and in various defensive positions, didn't look particularly impressive. He, our 7th choice CB, was starting against Fulham for hell knows what reason.
Lukasz Gargula - Finally not injured and getting some minutes among all our other injuries. He hasn't really impressed though and it looks like his knee's are done. I suggest releasing him after this season, he can still salvage some career with other Ekstraklasa sides.
Maor Melikson - Best player in the team, great playmaker, great attacking midfielder, will have no problem starting for the middle to top sides in the top 4 leagues. He is what makes us tick and who starts our attacking pieces. He got injured at a crucial time though, and we really missed him during our European games.
Andraz Kirm - Meh.. He's been having a usual season. Sometimes he plays well, sometimes he doesn't. He is still a good player and I am happy to have him.
Patryk Malecki - Scored lots of crucial goals, he has a fantastic work rate and could easily help back to defend but chooses not to due to laziness. Very controversial as well, almost started a twitter war with our fans after complaining about us booing the team after loosing to Cracovia Krakow. Like Melikson, he got injured at a very crucial point of the season and we missed him in the group stages. In addition, I feel he has learned all he can at Wisla and it pains me to say, for him to improve as a player, he needs to go to the Bundesliga. He(I want to see if someone is actually reading this post, if you are, post a What a Face smiley) is a very good talent and I have no doubt he could make it there.
Ivica Iliev - Many thought he was too old or not good enough, but he has proven his critics wrong after being player of the year and winning the golden boot in Serbia, and proving his talent at Wisla. He is the only other player other than Melikson and Malecki who can actually do something with the ball. Overall, solid transfer. His age is a concern though.

Tsvetan Genkov - Not much to say. He was given many opportunities but simply can't score. He's missing the spark he had last season. He finally scored a simple goal a few weeks ago, hopefully this is enough to encourage him in the Spring.
Rafal Boguski - He was a great little player years ago, but since his constant injuries, he just doesn't have it in him anymore. Maaskant refused to play him this season, but Moskal has given him a few chances and he just doesn't impress anyone.
Dudu Biton - He's been very well composed infront of the goal, and follows Lech's Rudnev in the league goalcharts. Now that Melikson is back, I would like to see him link up play with him more. He is only on loan for us, but I am 100% we will use the Europa League funds to buy him permanently.

GK - Loach - ..... rofl . Joined from Lincoln and has spent his professional career with us. Half decent shot stopper but he has more gaffes than any goalkeeper I can think of. Potential but.....he has already cost us at least 8 points on his own.

DR - Hodson - Started out with us. Just turned 20, half a dozen caps for Northern Ireland and over 60 games for Watford. He is lacking in physicality...but he makes up for it with his determination and passing/crossing ability. He is still young...and he has a good future.
DC - Mariappa - Started out with us. Played over 200 games for us and is fantastic. With his pace he wouldn't look out of place in the Premier League.....in the past he has been caught out but he is experienced now and doesn't make many mistakes.
DC - Nosworthy - On loan till January (probably extended till end of season...or a permanent move). Carried a dodgy reputation with him....but he has been amazing for us. Gave away a penalty for a high foot (Neutral), but he is unbeatable....aerially, physically and for pace. Would love for him to stay with us....our defensive record has improved since he has been with us and that's not a coincidence.
DL - Dickinson - Joined this past Summer. A mixed bag....he gets stuck in and isn't afraid of anybody....he has scored two absolute bangers for us so far. For me....he has been caught out a fair amount of times positionally..and it has cost us goals. He is a good Championship left back, but I can see why Stoke let him go. Doesn't have the class in the defensive or attacking department to move up a level.

MR - Yeates - Joined this past Summer. Bit of a traveller but he has been good for us. Joint 3rd in assists this season in the division...he puts in a good cross with his left or right foot. Only improvements would be to put good crosses in more often, and he sometimes loses the ball in midfield way too cheaply....and this has lead to a few counter attack goals.
MC - Hogg - Joined this past Summer. Came from Aston Villa with a lot of their fans thinking "Why?". I must agree with them because this player is Premier League quality. He is a small player but....he gets stuck in well, wins tackles way more often than not without being dirty, and he runs up and down the pitch all day long. Doesn't move forward too much but that's not his job....top defensive minded midfielder...probably the best in the division to be honest.
MC - Buaben - Joined this past Summer. Has a couple of caps for Ghana but he has had a slow start. He is supposed to be an attacking minded midfielder...which is why captain Eustace has been stuck on the bench. But I don't think he is worth it.....he is invisible for 90% of the game.....he scored his first goal on Monday but it was probably his first shot on target all season.....so so waste with his shots. Is a bit naive when it comes to marking and defending....and he makes life very hard for Hogg. Hope that McGinn gets back soon....Buaben isn't good enough.
ML - Kightly - not worthy. On loan till January. We are looking after him whilst he tries to get back the fitness and form that he lost during his long 2 1/2 year nightmare. He had a slow start but he has progressively become better and been a bigger threat. Very quick but a bit too loose control wise...but by Championship standards he is fantastic and more often than not will skin 2 or 3 defenders and create a chance for us. Hope we can keep him for the season....would be a huge loss if we couldn't.

ST - Deeney - Been with us for a season and a half. One of the fan favourites. He has been played out of position far too many times....on the wings or in midfield. He has a great physical presence, and causes defenders problems for 90 minutes plus added time. Wins headers, has pace and is a good dribbler....all he needs is goals to make him a good Premier League striker....but even without he is a great player and does so much for the team.
ST - Sordell - Started out with us. Came onto the scene very quickly and built a good partnership with Graham. He has so much potential...enough to possibly be an England striker in the future. He is still young and needs time to develop.....but he scores goals with his head, scores bangers with both his right and left foot, is a mean dribbler with skills up his sleeve....and isn't a wimp either. Needs to add work rate and consistency to his game..and composure will come with experience.

    Subs -
Bond - Welsh youth goalkeeper. Bit of an unknown quantity but has had glowing reports. He is still a teenager but has the potential to be a top Premier League and international goalkeeper.
Doyley - Club legend...perhaps more for his sarcastic "Lloydinho" chants due to his funny but usually error prone antics. He is a good Championship full back, and has more experience at this club than any other player. He can be great...or he can be a big liability....it's hard to say but he is a legend anyway.
Eustace - Club captain...not been getting too many games recently but he is reliable defensively and attacking wise. Chips in with goals and on occasion can spearhead attacks.
Jenkins - Came onto the scene in 2008 as a young player with bags of potential....he has stagnated for a while and whilst I hope he can improve I'm just not sure it will happen. Doesn't have the physical power or pace to dominate, nor the technical or defensive skills to make up for it. He is decent all round and has surprised me when he has played this season (which hasn't been much)..
Iwelumo - Started off terribly....honestly I could've played better. He is slow..everyone knows this....but he has improved and come into his own...he is a physical presence and holds the ball up well. Lacking technical ability greatly....and I doubt he'll score many goals but he is a decent addition to the squad.

Our only big injury is Stephen McGinn....been out for a whole year now Sad He is a big talent and will probably have caps for Scotland in the future. Moves through the midfield well and is tidy, polished and clever.

Reina -Hes been ok apart from a mistake or 2.
Johnson - Good going forward but poor at the back i'd prefer kelly to him.
Skrtel -Really impressed me so far this season has been really solid for us and has a good understanding with agger.
Agger - Been quality same as skrtel really and of course has had a good understanding with him.
Carragher - Been kicked out of the first 11 and rightfully so been a good player for us in his career but about time he hung up his boots as a player and maybe does something in coaching or management or something.
Coates - not played that much but played well agianst chelsea in the carling cup one for the future.
Enrique -Probably been the best left back in the league this season enough said.
Lucas - Hated him at first but hes are most improved player and i think hes decent now does a job for the team shame hes injured tho.
Adam - Simply shite to be honest not good enough to be wearing a liverpool shirt.
Downing - Also shit not good enough to play in the premier league championship player in my opinon.
Maxi - Quality been by far one of are best players deserves to start every match over shitty downing.
Henderson Hes been ok really but he gets played out of postion alot and is inconsistent at times but hes still a young lad tho and i do see some promise with him so hopefully he will be one for the future for us.
Gerrard - Hes been injured along time but hes back now hopefully he can stay fit now and get a run of games in the team he did look pretty sharp when he came on agianst blackburn.
Suarez - Been ok his all around game is brillant as always but his finishing is really poor needs to be improved.
Carroll - Really shite never wanted us 2 buy him in the first place just a panic buy he doesnt fit into are style of play at all not really his fault but ye not sure what were going to do with him.
Kuyt - Really dissapointing not scored all season and has just been all around crap to be honest he needs to be sold.
Bellamy - Been pretty good for us so far chipped in with a couple of goals and from what iv seen he has a great delivery aswell from set pieces.

Reina- used to instill confidence in me, can remember games when he singlehandedly saved a point. Don't know what happened, but he seems alot more error prone now. Not as confident in him as I used to be.
Johnson- Great at attacking decent at defending. Never really understood why he's been critisized as an incompetent defender.
Skrtel- love him, plays with his heart on his sleeve. Scores rarely, but you can tell how much each goal means to him and that he loves playing here.
Agger- good with the ball at his feet, and not afraid to call a shit performance a shit performance. A realist.
Enrique- Solid defensively, suspect marking at times, but makes up with great pace and strength. decent going forward, but I dislike when he attempts to score.
Lucas- the steel in midfield, goes in for tackles, a real warrior. Only passes sideways (jokes)
Adam- started here as dogshit, played well for a few games and has become crap again. Dislike.
Henderson- Passenger too often, his world famous disappearing act is a marvel to behold. Hoping he improves.
Downing- I really like him for some reason. Tries really hard to do well, but he can't get any luck. Still 0 goals and assists can't be suger coated at all and needs to improve.
Suarez- Great at unlocking defences, can't score for shit the easy chances though.
Carroll- Not being played to his strengths at all, but has still been overall poor. Needs to learn to play in this system.

    D.C. United:

Bill Hamid -- needs to work on his decision making. Some times comes out too soon, sometimes stays on his line too long. His communication with the backline needs improvement as well. Otherwise, he is a fantastic shot stopper. He should be challenging Guzan for Howard's #1 spot after 2014.

Joe Willis -- cheap enough, decent enough. Not a number one, but he is capable for spot duty.

Brandon McDonald -- Big presence in the middle. Not the brightest defender, but he's good at communicating with other defenders, and is a veteran presence in defense.

Dejan Jakovic -- never reached his potential. Decent passer of the ball, but he is injury prone, and makes far too many mental mistakes and doesn't have the physical tools to compensate for his brain. Still someone that should be on the team, but a better defender would easily replace him.

Robbie Russell -- just joined from Real Salt Lake. Big defender for a right back, but he's solid enough to help shore up a shaky defense from last season. He's a bit older, but until we can find a long term replacement, he should be more than adequate.

Ethan White -- had his ups and downs in his first season with United, but the reasonably expected talent level is there. As with most defenders on our side right now, he just is too mentally weak to be at his best. But there is a reason why we signed him from the academy, and I expect that he'll reach his potential within 2-3 years.

Daniel Woolard -- only a bit part player. If he starts 7+ games, we will be in trouble next year.

Chris Korb -- thought he started out well last season, but faded quickly after that. He can get up and down the field well for a right back, and has a good cross on him, something we have sorely missed the past couple of seasons. But he isn't good enough as a defender and will find himself on the bench behind Russell this year.

Perry Kitchen -- priority number one has to be finding his best position on the field. Started the season at center back, but quickly moved out to right back when needed. Spent most of the season there, until our most important game of the season, when he played as a defensive midfielder. That's apparently his best position, but he was clearly lost in that game against Portland. With the departure of Simms, he will likely be deployed there this season, so it will be interesting to see how he turns out. But clearly has the talent.

Stephen King -- not sure why a player like him is on the team when we let Simms go. Too small to be on the field and be a productive player.

Conor Shanosky -- puzzling why we signed him when we did. He is a big boy, but in a year and a half with the team he has failed to make a first team appearance. But unless we are planning on bringing in more midfielders this offseason, I think he will get some run outs this season, and we will finally get to see what he is all about.

Branko Boskovic -- he will be with the team until at least July, and I hope by then Olsen can figure out how best to use him. His vision is fantastic, and his ability to move the ball around the field is unparalleled on our side. But he is constantly misused, and his talents are really wasted. His emergence could make for a threatening midfield though.

Dwayne De Rosario -- one of the two best players all time in the league, and what he managed with our poor team was just incredible. He has all the tools to exceed in the league for another year or two in the league despite him gettin up there in age. The big thing with him next year will be managing his minutes so that we can get the best out of him.

Chris Pontius -- responded fantastically last season after an injury riddled 2010. The broken leg ended his and the team's season early in 2011, but he was one of the biggest parts to our success before his injury. We finally figured out that he is at his best when he is playing out wide, where he can provide goals and assists. If he is back at his best this season, he can be a ten goal threat.

Andy Najar -- still the most exciting young player in the league. He got off to a slow start last season, but he came on strong towards the end of the season. If we didn't have DeRo, I'd expect him to have the keys to our attacks. As it is, he has shown the ability to link up well with DeRo and another season playing together will only make young Najar better. Hopefully we can hold onto him for the entire season.

Blake Brettschneider -- good target man, but he doesn't offer much more to the team. Finishing is sub par, but if he could link play with a five man midfield including Boskovic, DeRo, Najar and Pontius, we might not need goals from him.

Josh Wolff -- old man winters doesn't have much more to offer. He will still see some playing time this season because of our lack of options at striker, but he won't even manage five goals in 2012.

I'm surprised at how many Liverpool fans actually have some hope left for Carroll.

I'm just going to assume that has to do more with his price tag than any small glimpses of actual footballing ability he might have shown during his time with Liverpool.

    Wellington Phoenix

Mark Paston - Average keeper, only played well in the World Cup and since then has been living off the fame. Can't catch the ball, can't control his area, always out of position. Luckily he gets injured a lot so he is on the bench.

Tony Warner - Better than Paston. Has played well since he took over from Paston. His positioning seems good and he can catch the ball. Unfortunately he has problems kicking and well he is hopeless at taking goal kicks. Easily our best keeper.

Andrew Durante - Captain fantastic, amazing defender. Easily one of the best in the league and should play for Australia. Great leader on and off the field. Easily the best defender in the side

Ben Sigmund - Been playing well recently, formed a reliable partnership at the back with Durante over the last couple of seasons. Turning into a bit of a threat from set pieces. Plays with a lot of heart, I like the guy

Manny Muscat - Another reliable defender that the club has. Hardly ever plays well and is very versatile. Doesn't appear to get injured that often and is good at getting forward and delivers a pretty nice cross. Good player

Tony Lochead - Personally I don't like him, but he is a fairly solid defender when fit. Not the best going forward but still puts in a couple of quality crosses every so often.

Brent Griffiths - Not really sure on him, he hasn't played much but he seemed reliable

Nick Tsattalios - Also hasn't really played much this season so not sure on how good he is. Has a cool name which I like to say out loud

Tim Brown - A tough player in the centre of midfield. Bags a few goals every season with his late runs into the box. One of our best players and scored an amazing volley this season. Not really a playmaker more of a battler in midfield.

Daniel - Hot and cold player. Has amazing games, has poor games. His positioning when he doesn't have the ball is very poor and needs to be worked on but he shows touches of brilliance every so often. Insists on taking Penalties, but he is useless at them.

Leo Bertos - Great dribbler down the wing, usually good at delivering crosses and can distribute a good pass. Unfortunately he is a horrid finisher and should work on his finishing. His fitness is amazing and would be playing in a higher standard of league if he was better at finishing and more consistent.

Nick Ward - The playmaker of the team when he plays. A great player, one of the best signings Ricki Herbert has made for the club. Unfortunately he is limited to mainly substitute appearances but should really start most games for the club. Also has a good long distance shot.

Vince Lia - Another defensive minded midfielder like Tim Brown. Usually starts in the centre of midfield with Brown which really limits our attacking threat. Don't think he has ever scored for us but is still a good player when he is fit. Shouldn't really play with Tim Brown in a 2 man central midfield combination but is probably too good for the bench.

Lucas Pantelis - Got injured in pre-season and was told he would be out for the season. Hasn't played for the club yet but seemed to do well when he was at Adelaide, hopefully he turns into a good capture.

James Downey - I think he also got injured in pre-season, he hasn't really played for the club so I'm not sure on him. Hopefully he stays injury free and gets to play. Would like to see him as he came to us from Europe (I think) so he must be fairly decent

Dani Sanchez - Has impressed when he has played, would love to see him upfront with Ifill but injuries has limited the amount of time they have both been on the field. Very creative and scored a good double in our last game. Hopefully he stays injury free as I believe he could be one of the best players in the league.

Cameron Lindsay - Used to be in the Blackburn Youth Academy. Hasn't played for the club yet I don't think, I think he's here permanently but he might be on loan.

Paul Ifill - Our Star Player when he is fit. Has played in England and plays for some Caribbean team. Had a storming debut season, but didn't impress as much last season after too much pressure was put on him to guide the team. Hopefully with Sanchez now in the squad they can form a strong partnership.

Chris Greenacre - A veteran striker from England, he is also our assistant manager. Doesn't have a good goal scoring record for the club, he doesn't stand out but is a very gritty player not afraid of putting his body on the line.

Mirjan Pavlovic - A youngish striker who has a temper. Does silly challenges when he comes off the bench. Scored his first A-League goal in about 3 years in our last game and scored his second just minutes later. Could be a good player for the club if he works on his finishing

Alex Smith - Not really sure what his position is, he is listed as a forward but has played midfield this season. Seems good and has a good shot which was highlighted by his great goal against the Victory even though it was only a consolation it was still a good strike.

I think the club could do with some strengthening, at the start of the season we were unable to entice any high quality players because of financial difficulties, but with new owners we appear to have a solid future and some money to get some high quality players to the club. If we were to add a player I would like another defender as we look a bit weak in defence. We should look into signing Ryan Nelsen from Blackburn as his contract is almost up and he is nearing the end of his career.

Was dangerous at Newcastle, when they just kept feeding him crosses to attack. He can be a good player, but at the cost of playing to his strengths.

Anyway I pretty much agree with coolhead's review of us. Couple of points to add, Lonergan annoys me at times with his poor kicking but his throwing is decent. Connoly is solid but lacks pace and same for brown really.

    GK's
Ben Foster - After having Carson for 2/3 seasons, Foster is a BIG improvement on him, at times still looks a little bit shaky and has made the odd error, but so do all keepers, very good reactions and decent distribution aswell

Martin Fulop - Have nothing to say on him, never seen him play, Ipswich fans said he was good, atleast he keeps the bench warm Smile

    Fullbacks
Steven Reid (RB)- Great Defender, lacks pace, deadly shot on him, and in recent weeks we found out hes got a superb free kick aswell, he is a great crosser of the ball, but he is injury prone.(can also play CDM/CB)

Nicky Shorey (LB) - Old player who lacks pace, still very good on the ball and is ok at defending, but LB is a weak position for west brom, he makes mistakes but is good 70% of the time

Billy Jones(RB) - At first was played at LB, and he wasnt very good, as he was out of position, then hodgson moved him to RB vs man city, and he proved himself with a man of the match perfomance, still young and has decent pace on him very exciting prospect (can also play LM)

Gonzola Jara(RB) - Hothead, used to be a regular, but he is too risky of a rash challenge, after blackpool loss last season, he has been phased out of the starting team, and good job aswell. He was quite good at defending and on the ball alright, but too risky to play him.(can also play CDM)

got bored after this, will add to it later Laughing
