As I understand it, there is no dispute over what is said. Evra says that Suarez used a particular word against him, and Suarez concurs, so there is no need for extra testimony from team-mates or Television Cameras.
When you Liverpool fans, when Liverpool Fc, say that it is ridiculous and astonishing to find a man guilty based on Evra's word against Suarez's, you're right. That's why I'm convinced that's not what's happened, no reputable independent commission, whose members were approved by LFC at the start of the season, would behave in that way. If that was what they had done then there'd be no way it'd stand up, so they wouldn't do it in the first place.
