As with Suarez an independent comitee will have to look at the case and decide if he is in fact guilty, if he is I fully expect an 8 match ban for him as well.

JT's facing criminal charges, he'll probably miss the run in because his ban will be delayed until after they're completed.

8 matches and 40k fine to be expected in January then. There's no cultural differences to take into consideration, so if they have evidence he said something this should go rather quickly.
