The Football Manager Chat Thread!

Starting to get the tactic right ^_^

These are the players I currently have:

Peres - De Gea (Probably better.
Oscar - Hummels (Probably better defensively)
Luizinho - Jones (Probably better, really)
Leandro - Rafael
Junior - Evra/Fabio
Cerezo - Fellaini/Fletcher
Falcao - Yann M'Villa/Arturo Vidal
Zico - Ganso
Socrates - Nani (not really the best fit though)
Eder - Rooney/G.Ramirez
Serginho - Damaio/Hernandez (Although Damaio is probably closer to Socrates)

Ganso or "Zico" is the one I've managed to capture the best. Takes the ball, flicks it on, and joins the attack. Adds an amazing freekick foot to the game as well. Has taken to the role surprisingly well.

Ganso is fantastic after 3 seasons.

Wilshere has been ahead of him one the squad sheet so far o.O

When it works as it should they play great football, but when it doesn't they conceed goals like a t-shirt is in goal

Started a new game unemployed (with Sunday league exp.) and got offered the Independiente job. Never managed in Argentina before so should be fun.

Nothing special, only beat a minnow.

roma wins the derby with goals in the 92nd and 95th minute. we dominated he entire match though

What a shit league Peru is. For a starter, if you come first, you are not guarenteed to win the league and my striker whom I signed 4 months ago is almost topping the charts

Bought Llorente on a new random save I am playing, gets injured a week after being signed and is out for 3 months. 31.5M down the drain.

Load up all the leagues, then you can chop and change as much as you want without starting a new save.

jeremy menez has the same player rating as daniele de rossi

They probably have to so they can get the higher weighted stats right.

menez was a flop at roma. his mental stats really shouldn't be that high (composure, bravery, and determination should definitely be below 10 instead of the 12-15 range they're at now). same goes with his crossing, heading, and long shots. he hasn't done any of that while he was with us. even at monaco before he joined us, he has never scored with his head and he has never scored from distance except maybe 1-2 free kicks

hmmmm, can someone do me a favor and look up Geromel's nationality on FM?

i wanna see if i found a glitch or a database error... my game tells me he's single-nationality Italian only, whereas wikipedia says he's Brazilian

i'm just wondering if this is the same glitch where someone had Patrice Evra listed as Russian, or if it's just FM making a database error

Brazilian, Italian citizenship though (original DB)
