What do Chelsea need to change?

I think this club needs to just get on with changing over the old core of players. They have been over pampered at Chelsea I think and feel they can have a manager removed if they are asked to do things they do not like. I think if AVB can be given the time to actually finish bringing in the right players, this team will be ok.

Manager changes wont fix this, in fact, I think its the manager changes that have caused this. One manager change is acceptable to create a spark, after that one must look at the players as being the culprit

those defenseive mistake is from individual errors of certain failing members of that team and to much space between midfield and defence allowing attacking player on other team to receive ball in space and able to turn to run at back 4 with no protection from midfield

I don't think AVB is playing a highline but when Luiz goes on one of his shit forward runs the remaining back 3 seem to temporarily play a higher line. Luiz has become very shit very fast.
