You're being ravaged by a pack of hyenas. You have a gun with one bullet in the mag. There's nobody around to help you. Escape is not even remotely possible. What do you do?

Die like a man and let the hyenas kill me.

Would try to fight them. escape regardless.

As RR said, I have a limited imagination. I only thing of possible events within the sphere of my current living situation. If meeting a pack of hyenas ever becomes one of those possibilities, I'll think about it then.

Anger is justified. But be angry at the disease, not the person. Think about how sick somebody must be to take his own life when he has so much to live for. That person is obviously not thinking rationally. They're a victim too; they lost their life. It's easy to blame the victim because we don't fully understand mental illness the way we do physical illness. We always assume people are responsible for their actions. We can see what cancer does, for example, and unless the cancer was caused by excessive drinking or something like that, we don't blame the person, we blame the disease. It should be no different with mental illness. It's just that mental illness is not viewed by the majority of the public as a legitimate form of illness. Most people just think it's weakness on the part of the sufferer.

In Speed's case, he had absolutely everything. He's had to have a mental illness and even then he still had a responsibility to his family, to his kids, and to his team and country.

if i had a gun with 1 bullet and if i was attacked by pack of zombies whom i knew would turn me into one if they bit me, i would assess my options. of whether i am able to fight them off or not then i would look at other things like since im still young i have little responsibilities like i dont have a wife or kids etc and i would not want my family to potentially see me as a zombie so i would kill myself

    No.

Just think, could you bring yourself to do it?

It's the last resort, something terrible must have happened.

Some people obviously don't have a good idea of why someone would kill themselves if they're saying yes.

Yes. It's coward's way out and also very selfish. A brave person continues. Unless it's some terminal illness that doesn't let you live.

You only become a zombie if you get bitten and survive for a bit, if there's a horde you usually just get eaten alive and die before you become a zombie. che

No its not..Truthfully Its a bit selfish to want someone to live through a life they don't want or can't take anymore. You only want him alive for your own satisfaction of having them there and as a human we all are selfish for judging the poor guy that died. He isn't here to defend himself and everyone is calling him a coward. well one, none of you knew him personally and none of us knows how his life was other then what media exploit to us. It's sad that he has killed himself but that doesn't make him a coward. You putting a man made word on someone. To my opinion it doesn't matter what we think or say either way he took that step to ending his life and in the end people can be mad and angry and call him names. but that just shows how much of your own life you are wasting.

Exactly, I am an expert, and these comments, pissing on the graves of the dead before they've even been buried are a disgrace. If someone wants to kill themselves because they're not enjoying being alive then they have every right to do it.
