Worked alright last season with Carrick and Giggs as a CM against Chelsea, although we used Park Ji Sung rather than Ash Li Yung, the latter is a bit more attacking.

He picked the same players that did the job away from home at Leeds and Aldershot, we just didn't play well, fucking hell

The players he selected should have beaten Palace, they're good enough to. The fact is most of them played their worse games of the season, all at the same time.

Yes, some of his selections are poor, but they'll surprise you with a win most the time. Some of his signings might be awful - Bebe, Obertan, Kleberson etc... Then when he gets it spot on with Vidic, Evra, Ronaldo, Keane.. No one brings that up, or gives him the credit for getting them, just says "yea, but he's brought shit before".
