Re: Manchester United FC Official Thread
Anderson/Cleverley is quite a poor partnership. Cleverley is completely unproven, and Anderson in an obese, woefully inconsistent shit who only ever turns up when we play Arsenal. I hear all this raving about Cleverley, HAHAHA this is another Fergie master stroke, who need Sneijder, we have the exceptional Cleverley who is like God when he's put alongside Anderson, lets actually look at what he's done
Vs. Manchester City (Comm. Shield) - Came on at half time against an unfit Manchester City side, played well and we came back to win
Vs. West Bromwich (PL) - Played 90 minutes, unremarkable
Vs. Tottenham (PL) - Played 82 minutes, did reasonably well against a midfield of Kranjcar and Livermore, with van der Vaart ahead of them, but this is not the Tottenham side who play today, since then they have replaced that midfield two with far far better players.
Vs. Arsenal (PL) - Played 90 minutes, looked very good in an 8-2 win. Worst Arsenal side we've faced in living memory, no Fabregas, no Nasri, no Song, no Frimpong, no chance - an absolute shambles of a team. Despite this, they still scored two goals at Old Trafford for the first ever time in the Premier League
Vs. Bolton (PL) - went off injured after a few minutes
Vs. Everton (PL) - Unremarkable
So him coming back, it's not going to be much help to us unless we're up against sides who are completely torn apart by injuries, transfers, or suspensions, based on what we've seen already, certainly not with that playboy Anderson.

If we start 2 in CM, and that's the only way Hernandez is starting, we will get overrun by their midfield, we need to play this game tactically, it's not fucking Villa away who show no attacking threat.I Andy I wrote:Hold on, when we played Villa yesterday, after Hernandez went off, We had 2 close chances to score, 1 where Rooney kicked it over when it easily should of scored or when Welbeck was offisde. 2 chances.
We could only score 1 goal against Villa, how the fuck are we supposed to score against City!

Yes because that's how football works.. are you actually this stupid or just trolling? We scored 2 against City last season with Rooney up front on his own.I Andy I wrote:kyro7 wrote:How thick you are infuriates me, why are you talking about a game v Villa? Good lord. Plays 8 games in a year according to Wikipedia and wins an award. Can't be bad.
Tbf Viva, Lindegaard's a good keeper.

People prefer Rooney to play CF but willing to let him go as a long ST where honestly doesn't play better and he also hasn't scored a goal in 8 games.
